I welcome you to follow me on another journey. This grow I am focusing on Blue Dream by HSO and Green Crack also by HSO. Just started germinating on 2/10/2019. Planted them on 2/11/2019 after they cracked. Cya next Sunday for an update! These plants will be in veg for 12 weeks with the KIND K3 Series2 XL300 LED which is 210w actual and spend another 8 weeks with the ES300 (315w) and 4 KIND LED Flower Bar Light (140w) for a total of 456w actual during flower.

Blue Dream is a sativa-dominant hybrid cannabis strain. It originates from California and combines Blueberry Indica and Haze genetics to create a unique strain renowned for its potency, effects, and medical benefits.
The effects of Blue Dream combine the best of both the indica and sativa worlds. Most users experience a fast onset of light cerebral stimulation which later eases into strong, deep, full-body relaxation. Many users stand by this strain for daytime use as it provides the calm, relaxing effects of cannabis but still leaves them functional enough to remain productive, social, and motivated. Some users may experience slightly more dominant indica-like effects, which may come down to that specific phenotype.
Medical users turn to Blue Dream for its uplifting effects coupled with strong physical stimulation. For many, this provides fast relief from stress and depression, while also dealing with pain, headaches, and fatigue.
The flavors and aromas of this strain are reminiscent of its lineage. Think strong berry aromas from the Blueberry, coupled with the notable sweet tones from the Haze. Some users may also detect subtle hints of pine, or possibly even herby, slightly grassy undertones.
Blue Dream plants are suited for both indoor and outdoor grow environments. However, they are known to grow rather big, reaching heights of over 2 meters, especially if allowed to grow wild and free in the outdoors. However, these plants are huge yielders, producing up to 2kg outdoors and over 600g/m² indoors. They have a relatively short flowering period (9-10 weeks), by which they’ll be loaded with tremendous buds. Some plants may develop soft blue hues as they develop, which helped this strain earn its name.
Blue Dream nuggets are known to produce a very pungent aroma that any fan will spot a mile away. Plus, they boast a thick, frosty layer of trichomes and are usually bright green with a nice spread of orange/red pistils."
My plan for this grow is to make this Blue Dream bun HSO a mother plant. I will pick up this grow diary, when she has developed and I take clones from her, root them for two weeks and I will pick up from there. Going to run two clones this grow. So will update in a few weeks.
This is a blue dream mother plant in the making. Hoping I can figure out what I’m doing wrong when I’m making clones. But have yet to have any of my clones root yet. Might have to invest in an aero clones. My other grow of the chocolate mint OG will stay in veg until I can get at least 5 clones. So here is a Blue Dream pic for now.
Gave the blue dream her first dose of nutrients she starting to move. Hopefully she grows out of this deficiency, does anyone know what it is? Any help will be appreciated!
This blue dream mother plant bounced back, shaking off signs of issues. Leaves are returning to normal colors. Took off fan leaves to encourage side growth where then I can take clones! Also topped her this week!
A great week! She seems to be bouncing back / growing out of her leaf color issue. No signs of pests or any thing else. Just must be weird pheno. I have decided not to make her a mother plant for those reasons but will probably attempt to take two clones just incase she’s really good. Transplanted her from a 3 gallon to a 7 gallon pot two days ago! She seems to be loving it. Gave second dose of Growrilla Veg! Stay tuned!
The HSO Blue Dream is coming right along now. I got lights lowered so she starts bushing out and started training her so her canopy gets equal light. She’s in a 7 gallon pot now infused with Growrilla Veg and she’s loving it. About another 7 weeks in veg for this girl.
A strong week this week for the Blue Dream she’s looking nice and healthy how. Just some odd coloring on new leaves now but she’s definitely an odd pheno. Hope she’s extra nice in flower! Gave her a generous dose of Growilla Veg this week. No other issues just watering now. Cya next week for another growth update. Still about 5-6 weeks left of veg to go, before the flower show can begin!
She starting to get big! Topped her 4 times to take clones. Hopefully clones do well. My clones have not been successful yet. Still about 4 more weeks of veg at least on this girl!
This girl exploded in growth the second week of flower. Had to raise the lights 2x! She is starting the flower production now so it’s going to be a awesome next 8 weeks! Stay tuned!
She’s growing fast! Haven’t spent much time with her but she has been coming a long way. I added some Growrilla Bud top dress to her this week. Just been watering when dry. Lights on full blast, sucking in cold 50 degree air from outside!
Smooth week just added some nutes. Been keeping the temperatures cool. 65-75 She’s starting to have a destinct smell. Fruity or citrusy. Really looking forward to this strain.
Last dose of nutrients this week! Only 4 more to go! Just had to do some maintenance. A few of the colas are getting too big to hold thier own weight. Had to do some supporting with wires. She should be good now looking forward to this one big time!
Gave her her last dose of Growrilla Bud this week now I start to flush have about 20 days left in flower. Will be monitoring the trichs now. She’s happy, also keeping temperatures between 75-78 during lights on and about 65 during lights off. Attempting to get dense nigs from lower temperatures.
Next generation Blue Dream in the making got 6 clones going. Plan on keeping two mothers for now, and going to flower 4 in about 4 weeks from now if they’re big enough. I want to get roughly 2-3 feet in height before I flower those. Almost done! Smell is amazing!
This grow is coming to an end! Trichs starting to see some amber on some colas. Prob will harvest in a day or 2. Will be placing into two days of total darkness. I can’t wait to test out these genetics. I have 6 clones so next run I’m going to have 4 blue dream plants in flower together in my 4x4 under 2 ES300s! Thanks for following along!
Overall the grow was pretty easy. This pheno had some weird coloring on the leafs during veg which it kind of out grew. Even the clones I have of this have the same discoloring. It’s no big deal tho. I feel like I harvested this grow maybe a week too soon. I am playing around with the perfect time to cut down the plant. This one was maybe 95% milky / clear and only 5% amber. I’m going to wait next time until 15-20% amber. I am going to be running this strain again as I have 5 clones and a mother plant now. My next run in my flower chamber is 5 of these clones, which will be begged out for about 6-8 weeks.
Very happy with this outcome. Almost 3 oz’s off one plant! Love this strain! Looking forward to the next grows. My only complaint is the 10 week flower time.

@@A1ph4th0r, With Blue Dream we would recommend 65-80 for the flower phase (phenotype dependent) you look to be closer to 70-75 day's just going of the pictures 👌
5 weeks in so your past the half way point and those flowers are filling out a treat 👍

Hi, my opinion is, your Plant has root problems- that causes weired growth and blistery scaly leaves. Its either you got fungus gnats or its mites who harm the eaves iam not quite suer but the cure is the same i let you a link here

@Mrs_Larimar, hey thanks for the comment! I’m fairly certain there is no pest problem, but will Keep an eye on it. It can potentially be root problems, stemming from packed down soil. I could see that from watering compacting the soil. Hopefully that will heal itself or maybe i can transplant it into another pot.
hey thor , check the bottom of the leaves for any sort of pests, if I'm correct, update your photos and message me on here I'll help you get rid of those 👊
@CRiSPrGrow,I will test the PH.. I do my best to keep it around 6.5. I have a probe and the ph control kit, but I feel like even with both.. I'm not 100% certain what the PH is just get in in the 6 ballpark. I'll see if it goes up .5 from what I put in that should be easy to measure.
@CRiSPrGrow, ahaha if it were pests that would be bad since shes in with my other 10 week vegged plant now lol I'll just keep an eye on it.. It kinda seems like shes growing out of it a little bit. Just thought it was weird shaping on the leaves.. If it persists.. then Ill have to figure out the root cause. :)
@@A1ph4th0r, it could also be root problems though ! i dont like the cupping and discoloration... make sure pH is okay (should be 6 going in 6.5 going out), maybe use a chelation agent to fix it, something like enzymes or humic and fluvic acid.
