Hi, my opinion is, your Plant has root problems- that causes weired growth and blistery scaly leaves. Its either you got fungus gnats or its mites who harm the eaves iam not quite suer but the cure is the same i let you a link here https://www.growweedeasy.com/plant-problems/fungus-gnats-cannabis, you find a lot on that page pls write me back and describe how the leaves feel. its good that it happens now and not in flower
