From my first grow using a LED 300w light I bought of eBay I have moved on to a indoor tent for my second grow with a 600w HPS set up as I found that the LED light possibly due to its low build quiality was not producing enough light for the buds to reach there maximum potential. After a week from planting the seed I moved them from under the LED into the tent to let them do they’re thing.

After a week I’ve seen progression in all the plants and am upping the neutrient dose to 2ml as required for small plants. After placing my seedling in the tent I adopted two lemon haze females from a friend that we’re in pretty as condition due to their environment. I’m hoping to save them by defoliating the affected leaves a maintaining a comfortable enviroment and adding some Advanced Neutrients Revive to their feed.

After an explosive week of growth you can see that the lemon haze is doing much better due to its environment, so much so I had to behead the larger one a considerable amount in fear of it being burnt by the HPS lighting. The Blue Gelato 41 and Zkittles had grown enough to be able to top and begin low stress training along with the lemon haze which had been tied down for a few days before the end of the week and already you can see the bulge effect it has taken on the top of the main stem.

After the 4th week of growth the low stress training and topping had taken effect after the girls had recovered. To start this week I changed.my base neutrients to the Sensi Coco grow A+B from advanced neutrients and up the intake to 4ml/l as well as some carboload so sugars are accessible throughout. Due to the size of the lemon haze and the expected expansion of the smaller plants I will bring to flower now at Day 28.

As I’m growing autos and female regulars in the same tent I’ve had to limit the amount of light the autos are getting to 12 hours a day in order to flower the lemon haze and gelato 41. This shouldn’t have too drastic effect on the Zkittles but we’ll see how they take to it. After the first week of flower receiving 12 hours of light and we can see that they’ve all opened up during the pre-flower stage ready to flower.

All looking healthy and enjoying the sunlight, the Gelato 41 has had some minor struggle being next to the fan and cold air intake but as you can see it’s progessing perfectly fine and showing no signs of issues apart from a few dry leaves probably due to the dry air being forced into the tent.

Week 4 and buds are beginning to fatten up nicely, I’ve changed the position of the gelato and one of the Zkittles to improve light penetration into the canopy as the leaves have began to defoliate themselves from the plants. This being said all plants are looking green and healthy and show minimum environment stress. Hopefully this change in the canopy will allow each of the strains to grow to their full potential with the limited space that I have.
