Previously tried Mephisto's Double Grape, which was just insane. So it just had to be another Mephisto grow this time.
Seeds went into a glass of water. Gently pushed them down after 16h, (all sank) and transferred them to a moist paper towel placed between two plates after 24h.
5/6 germinated within 48h. I'm confident that it'll be 6/6 soon, as I've pretty much had a 100% success rate with germination ever since switching to the glass of water + paper towel method.
Before transferring the seeds into the coco coir, I evenly distribute 3L of tap water + 0.5L of tap water + Canna Coco A/B and Rhizotonic between all pots. It's the only time I water heavily within the first few weeks, typically starting with around 150ml/plant in the first few days if the medium begins to dry out.
I always use plastic cups for the first couple of days to ensure a high humidity.
The SF SE-3000 is dimmed to 40%. Air circulation is moderate with the exhaust fan on low and just 1 Mars Hydro fan oscillating.

My cuties are off to a solid start, and now that the seeds have popped and the shells are mostly off, week 1 begins 🌱
I've been misting them twice a day so far, keeping both the seedlings and the inside of the cups nice and moist to maintain that sweet humidity they love at this stage.
Gonna leave the plastic cups on there for another day to ensure a smooth start. I've got a heat mat running during the first few weeks to give the roots some extra warms and just keep it cozy for my cuties.
Last grow I got around ~ 80g/plant (dry)with Mephisto's Double Grape, but frosty af. Hopefully gonna be ~ 120g/plant this time with an sativa dominant strain. My girlfriend, who really hates being a harvest helper, is in for a wild ride 🔥

Update: Day 5 is in the books and things are looking pretty good so far. Plastic Cups have been off since 1 day now.
I just watered each little baby with 125ml of water, spiking it up a bit with some Canna Coco A + B and Rhizotonic (same amount as before). In the first week I add the recommended amount of Rhizotonic and just 50% of the recommended amount for Canna Coco A + B, so these babies have a stress-free start - getting just the right balance of nutrients to keep them happy.
Judging by their growth and the fact, that the second set of leaves is clearly showing up on every single plant, I guess they like it 🌱
Week 2: Day 9 Update 🌱

My cuties are off to a fantastic start. While they've only grown a couple of cm in height, fresh new pairs of leaves are coming in strong now. Imo, they look really solid for day 9 and ready to take off.
They're responding well to the Canna Coco A + B and Rhizotonic nutrients. Been doing the last 4 grows with Canna and my plants always loved it. Never had any issues at all.
Also I made a big upgrade this week and finally got my hands on a new SF Exhaust fan with speed control and overall more power. It was about time. Airflow in the tent is much better now and it's more spacious overall since i placed the fan itself outside the box.
My lights are at 50% now, and I'll be increasing them by at least 10% per week from here on out. Also upping the water amounts gradually, aiming for ~ 300ml per plant by the end of week 2. I always prefer to stay on the lower side until week 4-5.
Update Day 11: My babies are growing really well. Also, my new Spiderfarmer Humidifier arrived yesterday and I love it. Makes the growing conditions even better.
Update Day 13: Plants progress is on track. Super satisified so far. Can't wait for the 3rd week.

Couldn't be much happier with the progress so far. All my cuties are developing nicely, gaining lots of leaves and the stems are getting more robust & thick every day.
I now turned up my SF SE3000 to around 70% with 50cm distance.
Halved the amount of Rhizotonic and now started adding Cannazym. I'm still going slow with watering and only upped the amount to ~ 250 ml.
What I'm so far most pleasantly surprised with, is the fact, that all 4 cuties look the same. Super, super strong genetics here from Mephisto. 💯

Week 4:
I somehow managed to overwater 2 of my cuties. Having a humidifier + the fan not being properly positionend kinda lead to this. However, they are now looking stronger again and back on track.
Off to week 5 and my ladies are looking healthy again after one week of struggle.
Super excited for their progress this week.
Height growth is now really noticable and I increased watering to 750ml/plant.
Turned my SF SE3000 up to 80% and increased the distance to 60cm.
So far they are loving it and I'm right on track for a good grow!
They all look really well 😸

The new Mephisto genetics I’ve germinated are now sat in their final 10ltr pots, no humidity domes, getting blasted by a 150w & 300w light on full power, watering them dechlorinated tap water is probably the only thing I’m technically doing right, but they still appear fine 🤷♂️
I’ve just got to have a more relaxed approach, I run too many different genetics to start micro managing 🤷♂️😸

Hi, nice start to your grow, just curious about the humidifier, plants like it between 40 and 60%. If you are less than 40 you may need it, if the tent becomes too moist it will be like a rain and the added humidity will put your buds in to a mold risk.
