Jesse7319 Everyone is looking good, the Tangerine Dream was showing signs of cal-mag deficiency so I mixed up a foliar spray and hit her with that and she seems to be happy as a clam now.

Jesse7319 Steady growth on all plants, still using a foliar spray a couple times a week on all 3 plants. Tangerine Dream still showing a cal-mag deficiency. Added a 6 teaspoons of cal-mag by roots organics on 3/21. Too soon to see if it’s helping though. Hopefully she gets better soon!!

Jesse7319 Getting bigger and bigger!!! The first to show hairs is Northern Lights, no surprise there. Too small for the camera but definitely on its way 😁. The other 2 should be showing hairs any day now.
Jesse7319 My girls are getting so tall! Looking really good... more and more hairy. Tangerine Dream is growing out of the deficiency finally. Adding the bloom A and B has really turned them a nice dark green. There has been a small algae problem in the Tangerine Dream and Critical Purple, I rinsed the roots out and added 3 teaspoons of 3% hydrogen peroxide to their buckets. I covered the tops of the buckets with cardboard as I think the light is leaking in through the rocks. Other than the algae we are smooth sailing right now. My Nothern Lights is starting to take over the room!! 😁
Jesse7319 Steady growth, starting to get little bud formations. Had to defoliate quite a bit off of the Northern Lights as she had some huge leaves blocking bud sites. Did a little defoliation on the other 2 but trying to keep it as natural as possible.

Jesse7319 Little buds starting to stack!!! Added some hydrogen peroxide this week to help my roots get rid of the brown discoloration from all the nutrients. Will take pics of the roots next week. Love watching them grow!
@Puffer_Bill, Thank you! Not too bad actually. The hardest part has been having to keep moving my light up because the Northern Lights is insanely tall, lol.
Hi Jesse, your plants are looking great! I don't know whether I can really compare my plants to yours, as yours grow on hydro and mine in soil, but I have some questions that might improve my grow. :)
You said in your comment of 2 days ago that they show a cal-mag deficiency; how do you see something like that? I received a cal-mag solution as a freebie with my soil but I was advised to not add nutrients to autoflowers as they "don't need that, they grow fast enough already and any increase will burn them".
Your set-up makes me think that you have enough expertise though to also add something on this hahah.
@SlimShimey, Hi! Thanks for viewing my diary! I noticed the deficiency when my leaves started to show little orange spots that turned brown, which usually means a calcium deficiency. When growing in soil the soil naturally has nutrients for the plants so it’s not completely necessary to add any nutrients to soil. However with hydro there are no nutrients in the water so it is a must to add your own. Calcium deficiencies are super common in hydro.. so I added a little cal-mag and the brown spots are slowing down. If your plants had a cal-mag deficiency you would definitely know it, the leaves make it very obvious. :)

Everyone looks amazing. Always love watching auto hydro grows. So tough but so rewarding! Got my first few DWC buckets for my next grow. Anyways, Keep doing what your doing and best of luck with the rest of the grow.
Looking good ... Just got done harvesting a Northern Lights Auto myself. Got about 63 grams off her. I wish you the same success
Good luck with the rest of your grow.
