Raven To me the smell is normal. We wrap the cabinet every night to block out the light, and to give it a boost of reflection to get all the plant.

Raven Had a moment when PH was high. Nutrients took care of that. I now just watch to make sure light is getting all over.

What hydro medium are you using? Your PH sounds pretty high. Maybe post a question about your PH and someone with greater knowledge than me can answer. I grow hydro in clay pebbles. Started my PH at 6.2 now down to 5.5.

@Puffer_Bill, I am using AeroGarden grow sponges. I am growing in an AeroGarden. As for the PH, I am hesitant to messing with it, since things are looking good. I will keep the advice in mind for the next grow.
