This project was officially started on Feb. 2nd, 2025.
I started the seed out in 6.5 pH water & about 30-40% hydrogen perioxide (H2O2). After it split, it was moved to wet paper towel until root appeared to be about ¼" long. The Tourmaline seed was planted in Roots Organic LUSH, and covered with a clear plastic cup that I misted & breathed CO2 from my lungs into the cup immediately before capping. I had prepped the LUSH with a gallon of pH'd water containing a teaspoon of diatomaceous earth (silica), & MykosWP to promote root development, strong stems, and nutrient uptake.
It popped ground in one day, and is now a happy lil seedling.
I always put some D.Earth in the water first, or sprinkle it on top of what I'm about to water. Also, I watered it prn (medical term - "as needed') bc the air is extremely dry here.
My first run with SoFem Genetics! Martin's a stand-up guy & his genetics are bomb. I gave my neighbor starting out a Blood Temple Gas seed, and that shit turned out to be some SERIOUS 🔥
