Technically it's a seedling when it unfolds. Yours show one set of true leaf. Seedling!
Accepted is second set of true leaves then start moving lightly into veg.
If they are growing well, shouldn't be more than two weeks. Prolly a week.
it's a technical term that you can look up. it is not about opinion.
Don't worry about labels such as this. Simply react to what you observe.
Either it shows a need for fertilization or it does not.
Either it shows a need for more light or it does not.
Cause and effect is more important than vocabulary. these sorts of distinctions are important to get the gist of, but some of them are more arbitrary than others, this being one of those cases where the vocab is irrelevant to actually growing the plant.
some plants need a lot of light in seedling stage to avoid stretching and others do not and might even get stunted by it, so these terms do not 1:1 correlate with proper behaviour, therefore not too useful to worry about.
