Cefek 2x Purple Lemonade with the paper towel method. Lets hope for a purple pheno 🙏😀 27.2 Planted both seeds in the soil. I used to start with smaller pots and replant them later when they got bigger, but I’ve noticed that I get better results by planting them directly in the final pot. You just need to be careful with watering in the beginning, as it’s very easy to overwater when starting with the final pot size.

Cefek 11.3 It’s the second week of veg and the plants are growing vigorously, looking strong and healthy. Their leaves are spreading wider each day and the stems are starting to thicken. 15.3 It’s the start of the third week, and so far, everything is going smoothly. The plants are looking healthy. Since they’re autos, I won’t be topping them, but I’ll start LST soon

Cefek 31.3 The plant has entered the flowering stage, with the first pistils starting to show. I think both plants are going to be the purple phenotype. You can already see the first hints of purple on the early-stage buds—or at least they seem to have a purple tint. We’ll know for sure in the coming days. 2.4 They’re definitely going to be fully purple. Even at this early stage, they’re already starting to show deep purple hues. I’m really excited to see how they develop.

Cefek 15.4 The buds are already looking beautiful, with a deep purple—almost black—color. They’re developing incredibly fast. The fan leaves are starting to turn yellow, which is expected at this stage of flowering, but it feels a bit fast to me. It might be because they’re autos and the buds are maturing so quickly, so I’m guessing it’s just that. I’ll keep an eye on it, though. Interestingly, the buds on Plant #1 are developing differently from Plant #2—they have a much wider structure. The buds on #2 are already looking absolutely stunning imo.

Cefek 24.4 The plants are still developing quickly and looking healthy. I’m definitely planning to harvest the top buds of each cola sooner, since their trichomes are maturing much faster. I’ll give the lower buds a bit more time to catch up. The smell is also getting a lot stronger—Plant #2 has an intense citrusy scent, while Plant #1 leans more toward a sweet aroma. 27.4 We’re definitely getting close to the end. The buds smell absolutely incredible. If you gently rub your finger on them, you’re hit with amazing scents. Plant #1 smells sweet, almost like citrus candy, while Plant #2 has more of a sour, citrusy aroma. I’ll be harvesting some of the top colas in the next few days, before too many of the trichomes turn amber, which is how I prefer it.

Cefek 30.4 My original plan was to harvest the top colas first and give the lower buds a bit more time to mature, but honestly, I think I’d rather harvest both plants all at once and move on to the next grow—it just doesn’t feel worth it otherwise. I’ve been giving them plain water for about a week now. I’m going to give them a few more days—then it’s harvest time!

Purple Lemonade Auto Fast Buds

I harvested both plants and hung them up for drying. The drying conditions weren’t ideal, and they finished drying in about 7 days. The buds turned out a bit fluffy rather than dense, but the smell is absolutely incredible—like straight-up lemonade. It really reminds me of a bitter, citrusy lemonade. Growing this strain was super easy. I didn’t run into any issues at all, and it grew insanely fast. Overall, I really enjoyed growing this one. Everything I’ve tried from Fast Buds so far has been top quality. I already rolled one up and gave it a try. Even without curing, it tasted pretty good. Definitely not the strongest strain I’ve grown so far, but still solid and enjoyable. It doesn’t have to be the most powerful though, part of the appeal for me was watching those gorgeous purple buds develop. I will definitely grow this strain again in the future.
