Two In House Genetics Platinum Garlic clones just entered the tent, gonna try to leave them alone until they acclimate to new environment. I believe they were just transplanted into these small plastic pots and the soil is quite wet so I don’t think they will need anything for a few days.

try not to get the leaves wet, that's one good point.
Also if the root system is not developed yet you want it in a humidly dome to help it out as it cant take in enough water yet and will dehydrate.
I don't think this is the case with you, looks like they have been over watered and are just a bit sluggish and should recover just fine given some more time.
Transplant them once their rootbound, check out the bottom of the container to see its roots and how many are popping out.
