deFharo Welcome, enthusiasts of homemade, clandestine, and organic marijuana, the new spring/summer 2025 growing season starts now! 🖐️ 👨🌾
Although this season I'm going to grow indica plants, I couldn't resist growing this sativa.
It germinated in 12 hours and I immediately put it in a light substrate with a bit of humus, I water it with mountain spring water, and for now, I keep the humidity very high by enclosing it in a dome.
At night, I have the seedling in the main tent away from the intense lights, during the day in the filtered light of a window, and if it's very cloudy, I put it in my homemade cabinet with 450nm and 6500K lights.
UNTIL NEXT TIME...

Two weeks old, the seedling is progressing confidently, the roots are already showing vigor... nothing can go wrong! 😁
For now, I have all the seedlings under 24 hours of uninterrupted light, moving from one side to the other, let me explain:
From 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM the next day, they are in the main tent, alongside the 3 adult plants I have left to harvest. After that, I put the seedlings in a window with filtered light and southeast orientation, they stay there until the sun stops coming in, around 5:00 PM, then I move them to my homemade grow cabinet until 10:00 PM with blue (450nm) and white (6500K) lights... and back to start! 😁
For now, I'm holding back on the watering mixes and only using spring water. Also, I'm promoting the appearance of vertical roots; I have all the small pots growing on a water bed, and at the same time, I fit several pots to raise the base so they don't get waterlogged... let’s play! 😍

Three weeks since the seed touched the substrate! 😁
The seedling is already showing character, with broad leaves and good roots; today I'm transplanting it to the final pot!... let’s play!
So far, all the new seedlings this season are jumping from one place to another all day long, at night in the main tent (12H), in the morning by the light of a SE-facing window, and in the afternoon/evening I move them to my homemade grow cabinet where I have blue lights (450nm) and very white ones (7700K), to promote compactness... all the seedlings are happy. 😁

Four weeks old and one week since transplanting to its final pot, an 11L fabric pot with a base of wet river stones! 😁
Huge growth in these first days since the transplant, the plant is on its way to becoming the Queen of the garden, today I'm going to do an apical cut, so the plant doesn't forget that this garden is republican 😂
This season I'm trying to start the grows in a minimalist way, very airy and light substrates with just enough nutrients to allow for a great root expansion without disturbance before starting with the soluble bio-nutrient waterings. So far, I've done the first watering with spring water with Activated Mountain Microorganisms in liquid form and a bit of molasses to help them spread happily and energetically through the substrate and quickly dissolve the nutrients and minerals.
Additionally, in these first days, the plant enjoys a privileged spot near a window with a 450nm blue COB trying to bend it, the light coming through the window completes the light spectrum the plant needs, at night I turn on a 6500K white panel above the plant... let the fun begin!! 😍
UNTIL NEXT TIME...

deFharo Welcome to my rebel garden, enthusiasts of homemade, clandestine, and organic marijuana! 🖐️ 👨🌾
Five weeks old, two weeks since transplanting, three days since the top cut! 😁
The plant is progressing beautifully, the branches are starting to take center stage, watering only with spring water, a bit of molasses, and Activated Mountain Microorganisms.
In these early days of spring, when winter is still felt, I have filled all my new pots with the mulch I collect every season. I waited a week after transplanting to do this and let the substrate settle.
For the past five years, I have been recovering the top 3-4 centimeters of substrate from the harvested pots. This material is composed of organic matter at various stages of decomposition, much of which has turned into humus. Additionally, this mulch contains the highest concentration of microbiology, due to the presence of oxygen, the constant inoculation of microorganisms, and the organic matter I continuously add, creating an ideal ecosystem for microbial life.
Over the years, this living layer has broken down all the leaves from my crops, including the roots and small branches. I have also added wood chips, fresh grass, dry straw, old Cuban cigars, dry amendments, etc. It’s a true factory for decomposing organic matter and minerals, which then turns into humus.
Five years ago, I roamed several forests in the area looking for mountain microorganisms. I created a nursery for this microbiology. This product is a fundamental element of my biofertilizers.
I like to believe that the successive generations of applied and recovered microbiology from my substrates adapt perfectly to my garden, its climate, its feeding, its lighting, and its care. The truth is that I have been pest-free for a long time, and my plants grow robust and healthy… as long as I haven’t done any bizarre experiments with them.

Six weeks since I put the seed to germinate! 😁
This plant is the Queen of my garden, with huge leaves, bushy, compact, and very branched, the water consumption is very high. It only drinks mountain spring water with microorganisms and two applications of phytohormones to promote roots and branches.
This week I started with the first ties on the branches to shape the plant. When I was tying one of the two upper apices, the branch almost completely broke, I immediately did an emergency fix with adhesive tape, for now, the branch continues to grow, I think it will end up healing.

Seven weeks since germination and the last day of vegetative growth, today I switch the light schedule to 12/12H!... 😁
This Queen holds her throne effortlessly, she looks beautiful and very compact, with an immense leaf mass, huge leaves, and multiple branches taking positions under the intense lights.
Water consumption is extremely high, she drinks up the waterings in two days. The truth is that this season all the plants, so far, seem very grateful and motivated with the watering scheme with barely any nutrients. The evident expansion of the root system reflected in the plant's great metabolism is going to make her enter flowering with great strength and ready for the big flower party! 🌼🌼🌼

Nine weeks since germination and two weeks since I switched to 12/12H!... 😁 pre-flowering has begun! 🌼🌼
This plant, in a modest 11-liter fabric pot, is the undisputed Queen of my rebellious garden. This week, it stretched 19cm... it's time to act or I'll have to leave home to give it space! 😬
The height of the plant affects the height of the lights throughout the grow tent; I raise the shorter plants on pedestals to even out the canopy. This season, during the vegetative growth, I've used 200 watts less than the previous season. I've also reduced the doses of Bio Fertilizers to a third and systematically used Activated Mountain Microorganisms in liquid form and molasses to speed up the assimilation and solubilization of the nutrients present in the substrate, all with the intention of not disturbing the plants, especially their roots, and maximizing their expansion.
The overfeeding I subjected them to, both through watering and substrate, last season was disastrous until the end, despite having decent plants. That's why this season I decided to change my strategy in vegetative growth, and it seems to have worked; now the plants have roots ready to start with the flowering Bio Fertilizers, the substrate has given up most of its nutrients, and now lightened, it's ready to serve as an efficient vehicle for my soluble Bio Fertilizers, without blockages.
The truth is that this season I haven't needed to apply a drop of Nitrogen; the plant has used what the substrate stored, and the growth of the leaf mass is spectacular in all the plants. It's been a while since I grew plants that didn't have burnt tips at this stage of growth. The roots in all the pots are eagerly peeking out from the base, and the water consumption is unprecedented, much greater than in previous seasons. Finally, I've switched to flowering hours in half the time with larger, healthier, and shinier plants, definitely a substantial savings in electricity, cultivation time, and Bio Nutrients... nothing can go wrong! 😋
And now, with all the crops synchronized at 12/12H, I'm going to make the big change in light spectrum and intensity; summer is coming to my garden, the cool and blue spectrums from the beginning will change to oranges and reds... but I'll tell you about that next week... 😁
UNTIL NEXT TIME...

Ten weeks since germination and three weeks since I switched to 12/12H!... 😁
- The week the Lights changed
In this clandestine corner where chlorophyll breathes in whispers of rebellion, it's time for changes.
My little illegal Eden bids farewell to the cold lights of spring —those noble lamps of 7700K, 6500K, and 450nm— that illuminated the awakening of my green creatures, shaping them with harsh white rays, compacting them, branching them out like impatient plastic artists.
Those icy lights are leaving, those bluish dawns that chiseled growth like nervous sculptors.
And suddenly, the brutal summer sun arrives:
the warm tones, the deep oranges, the bloody reds, the 2700K, the 2100K, the 660nm, and the relentless IR that bursts the horizon.
A changing of the guard that asks for no permission and gives no explanations.
I raise the light intensity by 100w.
Because summer is not for the weak. Summer demands. And my plants, hungry for glory, know it.
New lamps enter the grand game of flowering like actors intoxicated with ambition.
I expect bloody dawns, incendiary sunsets, buds bathed in the light of a golden apocalypse. 😈
Light —blessed light— is for me the brush and the whip.
The model of my green sculpture depends on its spectrum, its strength, its compassion (or lack thereof).
Before, I was a lighting tyrant:
Too much light, without mercy, without truce.
Now... now I try to be an enlightened dictator: rationalizing electricity consumption, optimizing cycles, making every photon count.
I’m cultivating with 530w in my main tent.
200w less than last year.
An energy sacrifice that has me paranoid and proud in equal measure.
Because last season...
Ah, last season was an orgy of excess. Too much light. Too many nutrients. An agricultural bacchanal where I thought the plants were immortal gods who knew no satiety.
I was wrong. I was wrong like only someone who loves too badly can be.
Today I am frankly angry with myself. But I am also determined. I will amend my botanical mistakes... or die trying.
And while this drama of lights and shadows unfolds under the canvas of my rebellious tent, I look up and see that the sky is... simply wonderful.
A reminder that even in my worst delusions, the universe remains more beautiful and cruel than I deserve.
UNTIL NEXT TIME...

It's been eleven weeks since germination and four weeks since I switched to 12/12H!... 😁
The Queen of the garden is showing unforgettable flowering moments, the buds along the branches are striving to come together to create monstrous buds.
Little by little, the plant is shedding the larger leaves, the ones that are in the shade, while all the energy rises towards the immaculate floral buds, and I systematically chop all the leaves that the plants naturally discard and add them to the mulch. I usually don't do defoliations; I wait for the plant to reach flowering, and it exhausts these leaves in favor of the buds.

A floral monster in formation, leaves falling with dignity and a coronation without a crown. Eleven weeks since germination. Four since we started the 12/12 light cycle. The garden is filled with unforgettable floral moments, but now one plant reigns as if it was born for it: she is the queen.
Her flowers grow along the branches, reaching out to one another, striving to merge and become something bigger: huge, dense buds that will form a single floral beast, breathing slowly and fragrant with triumph.
The Queen has begun her transition. Little by little, she sheds her larger, shaded leaves, those that have fulfilled their purpose. No drama or complaint, just a silent and perfect logic. All her energy now rises, concentrating on the immaculate buds above, like sacred stained glass carved in green.
I do not defoliate. I impose no cuts or prunings. I wait. I let the plant decide when to finish with each leaf. And when they finally fall or start to wilt, I carefully crush them and return them to the soil as mulch. A silent ceremony. A closing of the cycle. The Queen nourishes herself from her past to bloom in her future.
The macro photos confirm it all: beauty in every groove of the stem, in every emerging resin, in every trichome that shines like sacred frost. The Queen needs no crown. She blooms. And that is enough.

deFharo Welcome to my rebellious garden, homegrown, underground, and organic cannabis enthusiasts! 🖐️ 👨🌾
Tangie, the queen of the forbidden garden: Day 90 since I launched this seed into the substrate, and today, in the fifth week of flowering, I officially declare that she has crossed the equator of her reign. Her name: Tangie. Her role: the biggest, thirstiest, and most imposing plant in the entire garden. A resinous sovereign who rules without asking for permission.
Tangie doesn't do subtlety. She has the longest, fattest, most unapologetically monumental buds. Every branch is an offering to excess. And yet, everything is balance. Everything is form.
Born from the cross between California Orange and Skunk, Tangie combines the best of both worlds: a vigorous structure, an unmistakable citrus aroma, and a stimulating effect that doesn't ask for permission to settle in. She's a 70% sativa and 30% indica hybrid, which is evident in every inch of her growth: tall, elegant, with leaves that brush the air as if waiting for a standing ovation.
I grow her in an 11-liter fabric pot, where her roots find plenty of space to expand like a network of botanical conspiracy. She drinks like water is a promise of eternity. No watering lasts long enough for her. No pause can stop her.
Flowering is expected to conclude around the ninth or tenth week, but I'm in no rush. Every day is a show. A sprawling plant empire.
Tangie doesn't compete. Tangie reigns. 😋

deFharo Welcome to my rebel garden, enthusiasts of homemade, clandestine, and organic marijuana! 🖐️ 👨🌾
Seven weeks into flowering, the buds are as hard as rocks, the plant's good metabolism persists, I water deeply every 3 days, making very varied watering mixes with small portions of my soluble Bio Fertilizers.
The aromas are unleashed, clearly citrusy, the brown pistils add a splash of color... let’s play!
UNTIL NEXT TIME...

deFharo Welcome to my rebel garden, enthusiasts of homemade, clandestine, and organic marijuana! 🖐️ 👨🌾
Eight weeks into flowering, the plant still has a lot to show, the flowering continues...
Water consumption for irrigation is consistent, the leaf mass is capturing energy like crazy, and the floral buds shaped like fox tails maintain an immense density that is unknown to me in this type of fox tail buds. This is a classy sativa!

deFharo Nine weeks of flowering... the game continues! 😁
The buds are getting huge, the lower shoots are very active looking for light, I might do the harvest in two parts, cutting the upper buds and keeping the lower ones to see if they express themselves. 👨🌾
In these days of extreme heat and humidity, the grow tent is on fire! Yellow alert! 😂 But this rebellious garden has lived through worse days... let’s play! 😁
I keep the plants very well hydrated, I’m watering before the substrate moisture runs out, the plants definitely appreciate it, especially when I mix the watering with a temperature between 18-20°C, fresh and well-oxygenated water for my Queens, and also in these hellish days, the nutrient concentration in the watering mixes is low so the plants don’t get stressed beyond what’s necessary... I will always be by your side! 👨🌾

deFharo Ten weeks of flowering... the game continues! 😁
Yesterday I cut 3 buds, the tallest ones, because they were already ready and also showed some signs of burning on the upper parts. It's the first time I'm going to try a partial harvest, but I think it's going to be worth it. The secondary buds, very numerous and vigorous, I hope they react to the trauma of topping and fatten up in the time left for the crops.

deFharo Once weeks of flowering... the game continues! 😁
This week I cut another 4 tops, the tallest ones, making a total of seven. The buds that are left on the plant are showing gratitude and are fighting to fatten up; they know they don’t have much time, but the plant maintains a high metabolism and water consumption for irrigation. This will be the last plant I harvest this season, to give the buds as much time as possible to gain weight.
This plant has seeds in the lower buds; I sprinkled a bit of pollen from the Brazilian sativa, and it seems that the lustful pollen impregnated it. I’ll try to grow this new variety next season.

I've cut about 20 top buds that were already ready, this is the third partial harvest from this plant, since I still have living plants, I'm going to hold on to this one until the last moment to see if the little buds left on the plant fatten up.

This plant is holding on until the end with the other plants, I've done 3 partial harvests in the last few weeks, the lower buds that are now more exposed to light aren't growing but are increasing in density, the water consumption has barely decreased despite cutting more than 25 tops...

deFharo Fourteen weeks of flowering...
After 154 days of life from seed and two partial harvests, today I harvested this great sativa plant. The truth is that the main buds were ready at 10 weeks, but due to the large amount of lower buds, I decided, for the first time, to do these partial harvests and observe the evolution. Today, as I removed these last buds, I can say they have become denser and some significantly larger. Now the harvest is drying inside the grow tent, taking advantage of the fans and extractors.
From time to time I'm finding seeds, as I pollinated the lower branches with the pollen from a male of a Brazilian landrace sativa, so surely next season I'll grow some of these seeds... I love it! 😍
