The roots were poking out of the bottom of the solo cup, so it was time for transplant. She's staying pretty runty compared to the other three strains I am growing. I would be more concerned, but the root growth looked normal when transplanting from the solo cup to the autopot. I'll be top feeding for the next two weeks before turning the autopot system on. I'll start them on a low dose of nutrients in about a week. For now, it's distilled water.
Transplanting seemed to affect all the plants last week. In the future, I'll most likely go straight to pot to avoid transplant shock. She's still runty compared to my other plants, but seems to be recovering well. I've noticed some yellowing, so I'll start adding a small amount of nutrients this week.
