The Auto Duck grown last summer for some reason produced a decent number of seeds.
I tried planting them on 19 January, and out of six seeds, five came up. Of the five, three were male plants.
The remaining two were nothing like last year's Auto Duck, completely normal leaves.
One of the plants started blooming quite early, the other is just starting.
Moreover, they are different from each other: the first three-leaved with more elongated leaves, the second five-leaved with slightly rounded leaves, but, strangely enough, nothing in them resembles an autoduck.
So they're growing on, two beautiful plants.
Have gone from 19cm to 50cm in a two week period.
There's a very faint odour, somewhat earthy.
I can't stop being amazed that they have such different personalities, and that the Auto Duck never showed in their appearance
