I use 220 grit sandpaper to scuff up the seeds before dropping them into a glass of water for roughly 3-4 hours until they sink to the bottom.
It took about 4.25ish hours for them to sink in the water. I then put them in moist paper towels for the next 24+ hours in dark. The should sprout a radical and be ready to be planted in starter pots.
This is done in a TV stand from Walmart, with a "VIVOSUN 10"x 20.75" Seedling Heat Mat and Digital Thermostat Combo Set" purchased on Amazon.com
