Variegated sour Picasso + Sour D Gpp F2

Rickandmorty I prepared a supersoil with compost and composted bark as my base. I added biotabs silicum flash, ghe mineral magic, garden lime, powdered seaweed and homemade wormcast. I let sit for over a week and filled 30ltre root pouch fabric pots with a couple of 15ltr also. I transplanted 2 x plants into each 30litre and 1 in the 15ltres. The total plants are 12x Picasso and 4x Sour D Gpp. I selected the variegated plants first and used the strongest of what was left to fill in the rest . I will be going water only for the remainder of the grow except the odd worm tea .

Rickandmorty Everything growing well so far . The variegated plants are slow which is typical especially when young . A variety of leaf types are present ; duckleaf, regular , crinkle , swag. Watering with pH adjusted water only.

Rickandmorty Plants are flying now except the variegated ones but they are all healthy. I'll top them all in the coming week but will leave the variegated ones alone. Still no need to feed anything except pH adjusted water . Pleased with everything so far

Rickandmorty I started some topping . 3 or 4 nodes up depending on the plant with no topping on the smaller plants yet . Not really doing anything else different. Will grow on another 2 or 3 weeks until I flip hopefully.

Rickandmorty Continuing a bit of topping and light defoliation of lower growth . One variegated growing well , two a bit stunted. The others are a mixed bag also but healthy and looking good . Temperatures have been higher outside so I've adjusted my fan controller which is keeping things under control.

Rickandmorty Spidermites .... Caught early so not much damage . I'm spraying with neem and cinnamon oil both sides of foliage every 3 days until under control . Other than all that all good ,.

Rickandmorty Spider mites seem to be under control but I'd be surprised if their gone ... I'll keep spraying for now. Plants have mostly taken off , except the two runty variegated types.ill bang into flower in the next week.

Rickandmorty Still signs of spidermites unfortunately. I don't want to use any chemicals or a fumer although It might come to that . I'll at least wait till this crop is finished.

Rickandmorty Quite a stretch and plenty of early flowers despite the persistent spidermite issue . It won't be the best crop but I'll finish it out and use something more aggressive for the mites.

Rickandmorty Flowering nicely and fairly quickly despite ongoing spidermite issues . At this point I'm concerned about spraying during flower . However I've switched to a product called sb invigorator which is approved for safe use on food crops up to 3 days before harvest , however ill keep spraying to a minimum and will aim to stop a week before harvest . I'll also give a quick dip in clean water before drying .

Rickandmorty Powering through despite ongoing spidermite issues. Somewhat improved however. I also have been struggling with temperatures due to a recent heatwave. Plants are flowering well all things considered. All appear to be forming dense flower except 2 which have a more sativa like structure.
