RQS Royal Creamatic Outdoor

GermGrowFox Hello 👋 In the spirit of sustainability, I'm starting some older seeds as an early outdoor project on the balcony. I'm using a used raised bed that I bought for a handshake deal on eBay classifieds. 50l of biobizz lightmix + the rest of my older flo fertilizer have found their place in there. I've equipped the soil with clay balls. Nematodes were added to the soil. It's an early start, and I'm curious if the seeds will even come up. Alternatively, I still have a crit (I know it stays small) and the Baby Boom from Kannabia. The goal is for the plants not to grow taller than 50-60 cm. I'm curious if I can manage that with 50l of substrate. The genetics should also stay a bit smaller. Learning is the focus this time again, not the result. March 24 One seed has germinated nicely. I planted it directly into the substrate. One seed only developed a mini root. I planted it anyway. It might have been too early, but we will see. The third seed remained unchanged and stays in the bag. It gets a few more days; if not, it will be replaced. Another little update: I expanded the eBay classifieds setup with waterproof LED strips for €10 from Amazon. This should help prevent the seedlings from stretching if the sun doesn't cooperate as desired. Well, then it will be purple 😅 But for now, let's hope at least 2/3 come up. March 26 Despite a relaxed 9 degrees at night in the box, the first creamatic has made it to the surface. The second one is still taking its time, and the third seed has now minimally sprouted in the bag. I brought the raised bed inside in the evening and am now growing the little ones by the window. March 28 Two out of three have hatched from the soil :). The desired goal has been reached despite the "old age" of the seeds. I hope we still see number three.
