deFharo Welcome to my rebel garden, homegrown, clandestine, and organic marijuana enthusiasts! 🖐️ 👨‍🌾 It's the second week of life for this seedling, taking advantage of some leftover substrate mix, enough to fill an old school 6.5-liter pot with plenty of aeration at the base and sides for the transplant. After three days, the little seedling feels very comfortable and shows it day by day. I hope this early transplant positively contributes to the expansion of the root system without any hiccups. I've made a substrate mix primarily based on peat; as a base, I've used a light quality soil, with a bit of homemade bokashi, coconut fiber, a little worm humus, and powdered rocks. The waterings in the coming weeks will be without nutrients, just spring water, my Activated Mountain Microorganisms in liquid form, and a bit of molasses to give them energy and help them spread through the substrate as soon as possible, to speed up the decomposition of nutrients and minerals in the substrate without disturbing the roots, allowing them to expand as much as possible before entering flowering and starting to use my Bio Fertilizers. This season, I'm going to work on minimalism, letting the plants express themselves without nutritional obligations, at least until flowering. For now, I’m keeping the whole garden under 24 hours of light; I want to reach the optimal point for the transition to flowering as soon as possible. UNTIL NEXT TIME... This season I’ve tried to germinate over 30 seeds of various types and brands without success, but in this whirlwind, I planted two Purple Shot seeds and both germinated. Now I’m growing one in a 6.5-liter pot and the other in a 3.5-liter pot, both old school pots, and with these two seeds, I’m closing the lineup for the season. So far, both plants are progressing happily. One, the one in the smaller pot, is growing more than the other, but the one in the larger pot is growing more compact because I have it in the front line facing the lights. Like with the rest of the plants, I’m only watering with spring water and mountain microorganisms to promote nutrient absorption from the substrate and rooting. UNTIL NEXT TIME... This morning, after sleeping all night, I raided this plant, decapitating it at dawn. This was a plant that claimed to be a photoperiod, but it rebelled in the fourth week of life and started to flower with 20 hours of light. After that, I kept it awake throughout the grow, 24 hours of uninterrupted light. Yesterday, as a final wish, the plant slept all night. Now the little plant hangs in front of the extractor in my main tent, undergoing accelerated drying for the first 3 days after cutting, then I'll leave it in the dark for a week to shed any excess moisture, before storing it in curing jars.
