Week 1 - Seedling. Nothing too special happens at this stage. So far, it looks healthy and strong. Enjoy the diary as I take you through an awesome grow.
Currently, I'm using 225 Watts of light. I will increase the intensity as the weeks go on.
I kept everything the same as week 1. As we move on to week 3, I'll be adding more nutes, raising the light a bit, changing the humidity, and more.
Week 2 is more about root growth to me. This is where the roots grow a lot faster than the plant actually. Now, it time to feed the plant much more than what I gave it in the 1st two weeks.
Week 3, I up the intake of nutrients. The plant is nearly doubling in size each week. The roots are growing as expected and everything is growing according to schedule.
I'm going to leave the same water in for another day before I change it. Going into week 4 I may start LST on this plant or wait another week. This is my 2nd time growing this plant and it gets huge.
This plant is moving as expected. I'm observing a nice fast growth and the smell is kicking in good. I actually tied down the main cola this week. Next week I will do some HST. I also added a few more nutrients in the water because things are about to "Turn Up"
It's the end of week 5 and this plant is GROWING!! This will be the end of veg. I haven't did any HST as I planned, but I will do it the beginning of week 6 (now). I also released the top cola from LST. I will tie it back down week 6. I can tell that this will be a large grow. That's why I reserved an entire tent for 1 plant this time.
Let the flowering begin. We are rolling right along as planned. This plant is growing fast and BIG! My biggest concern right now is keeping the top cola tied down using LST. I applied a ScrOG and that's keeping things in order for me. Going into week 7 I have to make a few adjustments to the ScrOG. At the beginning of the week, I did some HST, but the plant has already fully recovered from that. There were 2 breaks in the plant from HST that I had to tape. Not to worry, shit happens and the plant has recovered.
As you can see there are many bud sites that are soon to come with this plant. The roots are looking awesome and the smell is strong. It's hard to keep it cool inside the tent as my space is a bit hot itself, but I'm not worried one bit. I've been keeping plants under control for quite some time now. As this plant grows and starts to bud, I will then start to remove some lower leaves. Continue to follow me and enjoy.
Another great week has passed and this plant is still meeting my expectations. The smell is strong, the roots are looking amazing, and I'm experiencing zero problems. I was going to trim the lower leaves, but I guess I'll leave them for now. I can say that I'm watering this plant twice a week. It's definitely getting its nutrients. : )
Stay tuned for next week.
I haven't done much of any change this week. Basically, I'm letting her grow and live free for the time being. I'm catering to her needs by refilling her water and nutes. That's about it for now. I may do some trimming, but I really don't have much right now. She's doing great and showing some amazing pre-buds! Smells good, looks good, she's fine to me ; )
I left out of town for a few days came back to the pics you see above. The PH was totally out of range and I had some leaves turn yellow on me. That's what happens when I leave my girl all alone.... But, she is still doing great overall. She's budding and stinking up the place. I took some close up photos so you can look at the trichomes. Her roots are also strong and healthy. I dropped a lot of lower leaves as they were dying off anyways. Stay tuned!
@@grzesiek, Thx for the advice. I normally keep it around 5.8 on avg. But, I'm trying something a bit different this round. Trust me, I'm a pro! Watch my diary and you'll be amazed!
@BigDaddyK, Great, I've been away for work. I'll be posting soon as I get back next week. I could post a few pics my wife took for me, but their basically bud shots only.
@brolex, I don't find it critical depending on my enclosure temps. If I can maintain a decent temp in my enclosure I never had any problems with temp of the nutes.
