The plants have done pretty well in the last week, despite the fact that shortly after they started growing vigorously I accidentally overwartered them quite heavily.
I transplanted them earlier today with what seems so far to be great success. I transplanted them in the morning with a cloudy sky overhead and by late afternoon they were raising their leaves to the sun and looking very healthy.
The Gorillaglue seems to really be upping it's leaf count as quickly as it can, but it isn't as weak stemmed as it used to be. Hopefully this improves further though.
Royal Creamatic seems to be slowing down somewhat at only about 8cm tall and with less nodes. The lower leaves are also quite pale compared to those of the top of the plant and those of the Gorillaglue.
@Korfver, not great tbh, sorry about the lack of updates but the mites and mould knocked out the GG before it was ready, leaving only the side colas and the Creamatic come drying time.
yo man, consider repoting the royal creamatic, I kept it too long in a small pot and it didnt develop to be a monster plant.. i have it in the week 7-8, almost ready to harvest :D
@WhiteWidow, Yeah I'm considering it but I was worried it'd be way too late cause I mean I haven't found the time to update but they're both in preflower mode so it might just shock them out of producing decent bud :/
@BigDaddyK, This was mainly to see if a couple of small plants would be able to give me a personal supply and I wasn't really thinking long term. Definitely gonna get at least 15l pots for my next grow. Agreed though they're small plants but looks like I'm gonna pull around an ounce of some quality bud π
@DeathEvil, Agreed it's looking like a good turn around so far, hopefully the Creamatic makes up for it's lack of height compared to the Gorillaglue in terms of bushiness and density
That is some serious stretch are you repotting at all ?
If you are moving to bigger pots i would bury most of the stem to prevent it snapping and will grow roots from there anyway but thats a personal opinion :-)
As they are autos and dont like the repot cut the old pot away with a stanley knife and place very very carfully into the new pot of soil and place in hole you made ready for it βοΈ Good luck
@Autoduck, Yeah I'm planning to repot in a couple of days into something a bit bigger so that should help get better results/healthier plants. Thanks for the tip and thanks I'm gonna need a bit of luck but it should go fine!
