During my 1st Grow, I took several clones at different times since I have a separate propagation room in my tent. I experimented with different training techniques on the clones before deciding which one to pick for Growing. I picked the one which showed the greatest respond for training.

After switching to 12/12, the plant started growing vigorously. I had a medical emergency at that time which prevented me from being able to take care of my plant for about 10 days. The only thing I did was adding ph'ed water to the tank. Due to no training in that time the plant got very Bushy as will be seen next week.

Marching in the 8th week of flowering. Trichoms are about 50% cloudy. Looks like the harvest window is getting closer.

Trichoms are mostly cloudy now in most branches. Few branches have 1-3 amber trichoms. I will be keeping a close eye on the trichoms now on daily basis until all trichoms are completely cloudy with few amber ones around. The majority of branches have mostly cloudy Trichoms, some are almost completely cloudy. So I'll be harvesting the branches at different stages for different desired effects.

So I have 8 main Colas and what I plan to do is harvest 7 Colas at their highest THC level and then leave 1 Cola to have highest CBD level. Currently the trichoms are mostly cloudy(with few clear ones) What is the best approach for harvest in this situation?

Hey there!! So When the trich's turn amber they actually oxidize into CBN not CBD you can get higher amounts of CBD harvesting when there is still some clear trichs. I do staggered harvest all the time to see what way I like it better and What works well is to take a branch or 2 the way your trich's are now. Then once they are pretty much as close to 100% cloudy but toward the amber side not the clear side I will take some more then I will leave a branch or to to go to like 10-20% amber. It gives you a varieties of smokes. from one strain. Sometimes it is not a big difference but sometimes its like a whole other strain Good luck Happy Growing!!🙏

Hi ive been reading about this plant, i dont know where the"high cbd" should come from. They say its a hybrid of northern lights and afghan, both strains show a small number of cbd. So iam doubting this . Strains with a high THC , normally have alow number of cbd. If you want to add this you got to do some crossing of cbd rich strains and more difficult breeding for generations. so i would focus on a high THc level she will show for sure. happy harvesting But this is only my point of knowledge and if someone can explain me how this strain should have "high cbd" i will listen to it.

@SeaEnt,ok got it... just take her in parts and let one cola until the trichomes more amber

@Mrs_Larimar, sorry spelling mistake I was actually meaning cbn. I want one Cola with sedative effects.

Looking Great i love this strain it will always hold a close place in my heart it was one of my best grows when I was starting out👍 It won't be a high cbd strain but there is low amounts but those low amounts are a little higher if you were to harvest with some clear crystals not alot but some if that makes sense I wrote it a little better in the answer so I hope that will help out. If you have any other ?'s feel free to drop me a message!😊 Happy Growing an Plentiful Harvest!!🙏

@SeaEnt, Nice there you go!!👊 An yeah i was thinking you may have that's why I mentioned about both CBD and CBN just in case lol. That strain is awesome yours looks very very similar to the pheno that was like my second grow an one of my best earlier grows. Soo covered in Trich's it almost looks white when dry😂 I love it! Great job once again she came out beautiful and will only get better right before harvest haha Happy Growing an Plentiful Harvests🙏

@Thee_HoffGuyy, thanks bro Yeah I harvested this strain 3 months ago and still enjoying those beautiful flowers. I'll harvest 7 Colas like the last time for the same desired effects. And I'll leave the 8th branch for more cbn(my mistake in the question) ,, I'll add more pictures these days

Harvesting late will result in increased levels of CBN, not CBD. If you want CBD, grow a CBD strain.

@@Athos, yup that's what what I was looking for, cbn's sedative effect
