FRENCHPASSIONFARM Hey everyone!
Excited to announce the start of my Grow Diary for the La Chanvrière Pheno Hunt!
After 48 hours, 8 out of 11 seeds had already germinated, showing strong early vigor.
Today, I checked the last 3 seeds — 2 more have successfully cracked, bringing the total to 10 out of 11 germinated!
This Pheno Hunt is really special: I’m searching for that perfect phenotype with standout bag appeal and explosive gassy peach terps.
Each plant will be carefully observed and documented to find the future champion!

FRENCHPASSIONFARM Seedling stage underway!
The PhenoHunt 2025 x La Chanvrière is officially moving forward — 10 seedlings now standing strong under the lights.
Each one is showing its own rhythm, and I’m already starting to spot subtle differences in structure and vigor.
Two seeds haven’t managed to fully break out of their shells yet, but I’m giving them a bit more time before stepping in to help.
Still hopeful for a full lineup!

FRENCHPASSIONFARM Grow Diary Update – Day 7 (Seedling Stage)
We’re now at Day 7 of the seedling stage, and things are looking great overall! Out of the 11 seeds started, 9 phenos have officially made it, and are growing at their own rhythm.
It’s already possible to spot some differences in vigor between phenotypes, which makes this early phase exciting to observe. Each one is starting to show its personality.
Today was a key moment: I gave them a full saturation watering to encourage healthy and deep root development. Conditions are stable and the little ones are thriving.
Everything is on track for this Pheno Hunt 2025 x La Chanvrière featuring Rainbow Peaches (RS11 x Moonlightz). Can’t wait to see how each pheno evolves in the coming weeks!

FRENCHPASSIONFARM Grow Diary Update – Day 10 (Seedling Stage)
We’ve officially reached Day 10, and things are progressing nicely! Today, all 9 phenos have been transplanted into 5L pots, giving them more room to stretch their roots and continue strong early growth.
During the transplant, I noticed that the soil from the previous containers was still quite wet, so I decided to hold off on full saturation watering for now. I’ll wait a bit longer to let the medium balance out before the next full watering cycle.
The plants are adapting well, and I’m continuing to observe differences in growth speed and structure between phenotypes — the selection work has truly begun.
Onward with this Pheno Hunt 2025 x La Chanvrière – Rainbow Peaches journey

FRENCHPASSIONFARM Grow Diary Update – Week 3 (Veg Stage)
We’re now entering Week 3 of veg, and all 9 phenos are settling in nicely in their 5L pots. They just received a fresh watering, and the growth rhythm is steady and healthy.
At this stage, structural differences between phenos are starting to show, although still subtle. A few variations in leaf shape and node spacing are appearing — nothing major yet, but enough to spark interest for what’s to come.
Everything is stable, and the Rainbow Peaches lineup is off to a promising start in this Pheno Hunt 2025 x La Chanvrière

FRENCHPASSIONFARM 📆 End of Week 5 – Pre-Transplant Check & Sexing
Before transplanting, I took a closer look to see if any signs of sex were showing… and after 6 weeks, all 9 phenos have revealed their sex.
Out of the 9 phenotypes:
🔹 5 males: #37, #39, #41, #42, #43
🔹 4 females, giving a female ratio of 44.44% from this seed batch.
All the plants are looking healthy and strong, and tomorrow is a big day:
🌱 Transplanting into 11L pots
💧 Saturation watering to promote solid root development
✂️ Taking cuttings to preserve the genetics before flipping to flower
The hunt is getting intense now — ready to see how these ladies express themselves in bloom! 🌸🔍

FRENCHPASSIONFARM 📆 Week 6 – Final Sexing, Recovery & Flip Prep
Following the transplant into 11L pots, I made a final observation and discovered that Pheno #40 is actually a male, bringing the total to 6 males and 3 females.
Despite the change, the 3 remaining females are thriving — they’ve shown solid growth and have adapted very well to their new containers.
✅ Backup clones have been taken and are now in the process of rooting
✅ The girls have been prepped and are now ready for the flip to flower
The real expression phase is just around the corner — can’t wait to see what these phenos reveal in bloom!

FRENCHPASSIONFARM 🌸 Week 1 – Flowering Phase Begins
After a solid preflower prep, I’ve officially flipped the grow to flowering!
I’m now running 3 phenotypes in bloom:
🔹 #36
🔹 #38
🔹 #45
Pheno #40 has been isolated due to potential signs of hermaphroditism — nothing confirmed yet, so I’ll keep a close eye on it over the next couple of weeks before making a final decision.
Structurally, things are getting interesting:
🔸 Two phenos are showing a tall, US-style stretch, with wider internodal spacing — just like what I’ve seen in modern cultivars I’ve grown in the past.
🔸 The other two are more old-school in structure, shorter and stockier, with tighter node spacing.
🌱 All 4 phenos have been successfully backed up in a DWC cloner for preservation — the hunt continues!
Really excited to see how these girls develop over the next few weeks 🙌
Let’s bring out those peachy gassy terps !

FRENCHPASSIONFARM 🌸 Week 2 – Flowering Progress & Pheno Confirmation
Everything is running smoothly in this second week of flower.
Phenotypes #36, #38, and #45 are thriving and looking perfectly at home in their environment — steady stretch, healthy structure, and no issues to report so far.
As for Pheno #40, after a few days of close observation, it has declared as female! 👀
I immediately decided to preserve it so I can test it properly at the end of the run.
All four phenotypes have now been successfully reproduced and backed up:
✅ One version for reproduction
✅ One version for genetic preservation
Really exciting phase of the pheno hunt — the flowers are starting to show their potential! Let’s see who shines the most over the next few weeks

FRENCHPASSIONFARM 🌸 Week 3 – Flower Development & Environment Check
We’ve entered Week 3 of flower, and everything is running smoothly.
All four phenotypes are happy and healthy — showing consistent progress and settling in perfectly in their environment.
The plants seem to be responding really well to the MIGRO LED spectrum, with nice stretch control and early flower development coming in clean and balanced.
No issues to report so far — structure looks solid, and the pheno hunt continues in ideal conditions. Onward! 🌱🔍

FRENCHPASSIONFARM Week 4 – Defoliation & Selection Prep
Week 4 of flower is here, and everything is going beautifully!
This week, I performed a selective defoliation — removing lower fan leaves and cleaning out small sucker branches to redirect the plant's energy.
The girls handled it perfectly, showing no signs of stress. They’re thriving under the current conditions and stacking up nicely.
All phenotypes have already been backed up and preserved, and the plan moving forward is clear:
Only the most promising phenos will be reproduced later in my second grow space.
The selection is well underway — can’t wait to see who earns a keeper status! 🌟

FRENCHPASSIONFARM 🌸 Week 5 of Flower — The Phenohunt 2025 x La Chanvrière
Everything is going smoothly during this fifth week of flower.
The three phenotypes (#36, #38, #45) are thriving in ideal conditions, showing nice progression in structure, resin production, and emerging terp profiles.
🔍 Pheno #38 is clearly starting to stand out:
Heavy trichome production
Dense and promising bud structure
And most notably… an incredible peach candy aroma unlike anything I’ve smelled before — a perfect match for the “peach candy” profile we're hunting for this project 🍑🍬
The other two phenos are expressing a sweet peach-like nose as well, very pleasant, but not as clearly defined just yet.
All plants are healthy, and things are looking really exciting for the coming weeks 👀

FRENCHPASSIONFARM 🌸 Week 6 of Flower — The Phenohunt 2025 x La Chanvrière
We’ve just wrapped up week 6 of flower and the girls are doing great 🌿
Among the three phenotypes, #36 and #45 are showing very similar traits in terms of bud formation, structure, and flowering time — most likely finishing around week 9–10.
The main difference between the two lies in trichome production, with slightly more frost on one than the other.
🔥 Then comes Pheno #38 — my personal favorite.
Funny thing is, before flipping to flower, #38 was the one I least expected — its early structure and look weren’t very appealing.
But now? It’s the fastest, most resinous, and most compact of the bunch.
Its internodes are moderately spaced, and the overall plant structure remains short and stacked — very efficient flower-to-leaf ratio.
👃 Terpene report:
#36 & #45 lean toward a creamy peach ice cream profile 🍑🍨
#38 stands out with a bold, vibrant peach candy aroma — loud and sweet 🍑🍬
Things are looking fire as we move into the final stretch 👀🔥
Clones are saved, the nose is getting louder, and selections are getting clearer!

FRENCHPASSIONFARM 🌸 Week 7 – Flowering Phase
All three phenos are progressing smoothly, with visible resin build-up and increasingly intense aromas.
🔥 Pheno #38 continues to lead the pack — dense, frosty buds and an unmistakable peach candy terp that hits louder each day. The structure is compact, internodes stacked, and trichomes are pushing even onto the fan leaves. A true standout.
📸 This week’s spotlight was dedicated to Pheno #38, with a photo session to capture its insane resin production and candy peach appeal. This one definitely deserves the attention.
🍑 Pheno #36 and #45 maintain their creamy peach profile with good development, though slightly behind in resin production compared to #38. Their bud structure remains consistent and healthy, showing signs of a likely 9–10 week finish.
Overall, the room smells like a candy shop 🍬
One more week and the magic will be undeniable

FRENCHPASSIONFARM 🌸 Week 8 – Flowering Phase
We’re entering the final phase of this flowering journey.
Pheno #38 is reaching full maturity —
Buds are fully stacked, extremely resinous, and the peach candy aroma is at its peak 🍑
Flush started this week to prepare for harvest at the very beginning of week 9
🍑 Pheno #36 and #45 are still developing nicely:
Buds continue to bulk up with more resin each day
Their creamy peach terp profiles are becoming more expressive, but they’ll need a bit more time — most likely finishing around week 10
Overall, everything’s going smoothly. Trichome checks will continue over the next few days, and harvest prep has officially begun

FRENCHPASSIONFARM 🌸 Week 9 – Flowering
Pheno #38: Harvested this week and currently in the drying phase. The buds are impressively dense and resinous, with that explosive peach candy profile that’s still evolving during the dry.
Phenos #36 & #45: Now in the late flowering stage.
• Peach candy terps are becoming more noticeable, but #45, with its creamier side, remains more subtle in aroma inside the grow tent.
• Both phenos show average bag appeal compared to #38 but make up for it with excellent yields.
• Size, structure, color, and resin coverage are noticeably different from #38, making them interesting for a different type of profile.
🎯 Next steps:
• Monitor trichome maturity to set the optimal harvest window
• Maintain stable conditions and proper humidity to preserve terpenes during the final stretch

The standout phenotype of this run, #38 completely transformed during flowering. Initially less promising in its vegetative structure, it turned out to be the frostiest, most compact, and most aromatic of the three selected.
---
???? Appearance & Bag Appeal
Buds: Extremely dense and swollen, coated in a thick layer of resin all the way to the sugar leaves.
Color: Bright light green with well-distributed orange pistils.
Trichomes: Exceptional density, frosty look from the very first glance.
Bag Appeal Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)
---
Terpene Profile
Dominant Aroma: Sweet peach candy, highly intense.
Secondary Notes: Subtle gas undertone.
Evolution: Explosive aroma right after harvest, refining further during drying.
Intensity: ★★★★★ (5/5)
---
Plant Structure
Height: Compact with medium internodes.
Shape: Indica-dominant structure, easy to manage in small spaces.
Yield: Decent yield but lower than phenos #36 and #45.
---
First Smoke Test (Pre-curing)
Flavor: Sweet fruity attack, instant peach candy, with a light gas background.
Effect: Indica-dominant high, relaxing, heavy towards the end of the session.
Aftertaste: Long-lasting, fruity, and sweet.
---
Conclusion
Pheno #38 checks all the boxes for a keeper focused on top-shelf quality and a unique terpene profile. While not the heaviest yielder, it stands out with exceptional bag appeal, abundant resin, and a rare, memorable aroma.
Good Luck with your Amazing Strain ! Looking Forward for this upcoming Ladies . Keep up the Great work they will love it ! Dropped 3 Strain Diaries some Hours Ago. Would really apreciate some love there :D
