phoomanshoo Used wet tissue and a plastic bag. Took two days to germinate. Put it in Jiffy Pellets under a dome afterwards.

phoomanshoo Looking good! 350ml water for each plant on the 28. Decided to put the plants in smaller pots. Will try bigger pots on a later grow.

phoomanshoo Removed the lower leafs on the biggest plant, didn't like the way they looked at me. 😎
Also fimmed the biggest plant one day later. 350ml water on the 31. and another 500ml on the 3. and another 500ml on the 6. with 3 tbsp top worm casting top dressing.

phoomanshoo Bend down each plant to prepare for an even canopy later. Fimming looks good and successful so far. Did it on the other plants as well. 500ml water each on the 11. Also did a top dress with worm castings.

phoomanshoo 500ml water on the 16. for each plant. Well I guess one plant was topped instead of fimmed, oh well! Also broke off the other branch on the topped plant b accident and didn't bother trying to fix it with tape. 😈

I used 2 banana peels in water for a week as a tea. strained the banana tea through coffee filter and added 200ml to 800ml water for a ratio of 1:4.
3.5.
Made tea with worm castings (5 tbsp/3L, one day before watering) and watered the plants with 1L of that each. Also did some minor LST do give more light to the bud sides.
Decided to defoliate and remove under-developed/shaded parts since it's still early flowering.

phoomanshoo 4.5.
I did a top dress with worm castings on each plants, roughly 2-3cm.
6.5.
I gave each plant 1L water with banana peel tea (1:5), the biggest plant could have been watered at least a day earlier and got 1.5L with the tea.
Will swap out the banana tea because I don't like handling it and the smell it leaves. Instead I'm gonna use 1ml/L bio bloom for now, 1tsp/L molasses and I will aerate the worm casting tea I was just letting sit previously for a few days with the occasional stirr. gonna be 1-2 days until the next watering judging by the pot weight.
I was adjusting the light a few days ago and moved them down to around 30-35cm distance from the canopy. I noticed that the leafs started curling up the tips along the leaf yesterday, so I put the lights a bit higher again. seems that was the issue since there was no further curling or any other signs of too much light (temp was ok actually).
I also started checking pH of my tap water and my teas. I had to actually decrease the pH by ~1 to get between 6-7. Not sure what effect the slightly alkaline water had on my plants but that is fixed now hopefully. I guess the buffering capabilities of the living soil lowered the effect of the higher pH.
Not gonna bother with EC. From what I understood so far and the infos I gathered regarding living soil and the hardness/CalMag of the water I use, it doesn't seem worth bothering.
9.5.
1.5L aerated worm castings tea for each plant, very little runoff out of the bottom, they are thirsty! xD
@yan402, thanks I will check that out :)
I was preparing banana peels for the next watering in a small bucket. just covered them with water and let them set for a week.
@@phoomanshoo, Cool growmie, did you do this before as well?
Did it work?
I'm new to organic methods as well, only started dabing into it 2 years ago.✌️♥️
@yan402, well actually no, I was just gathering information for a while and was entertaining the idea. I was focusing mostly on living soil since I found that to be the most interesting to me and basically I just try to roughly execute what I've seen from grow vlogs to work well.
well so far the teas I made seem to do no harm at least! 😅
I will switch to a different scheme though since I don't particularly like handling the banana tea and the smell it leaves.
got a cheap airpump and starting aerating the worm casting tea I made, also added 1ml/L bio bloom (not sure I actually need it tbh) and 1 tsp/L molasses. gonna alternate that with plain water during flower. that should cover the higher demand for potassium and give the soil sugar etc for the microbiome and introduce more beneficial organisms to the soil as well.
