Grow 3.3 | Fast Buds | Gorilla Strawberry Auto | windowsill

HandsomeTerpz 🇺🇸 Week 2 Since this grow is intended for the windowsill, I am initially raising the plant in the grow tent to give it the best possible start. Once the final transplant into the main pot is completed, the plant will be moved to its permanent spot on the windowsill. So far, the seedling is developing beautifully — strong, healthy, and right on track. Here too, I am using the soak-in method and providing the plants with Canna mineral fertilizers, Coco A and Coco B + Calmag, to promote direct and rapid plant growth. 🇩🇪 Woche 2 Da dieser Grow für die Fensterbank bestimmt ist, ziehe ich die Pflanze zunächst im Zelt vor, um ihr den bestmöglichen Start zu ermöglichen. Nach der finalen Umtopfung in den Haupttopf wird die Pflanze dann an ihren endgültigen Platz auf der Fensterbank umziehen. Bis jetzt entwickelt sich der Sämling prächtig – kräftig, gesund und voll im Zeitplan. Auch hier verwende ich die Soak-in-Methode und versorge die Pflanzen mit mineralischem Dünger von Canna, Coco A und Coco B + Calmag, um ein direktes und schnelles Wachstum der Pflanzen zu fördern.

HandsomeTerpz 🇺🇸 WEEK 2 ---------------------- Observations: The Strawberry Gorilla Auto by Fastbuds is growing perfectly so far – strong, healthy, and without any issues. Since it's an autoflowering strain, I’ve decided not to perform any topping in order to let the plant follow its natural growth pattern. Note / Mistake: Due to using my backup tent temporarily, I initially did not have an oscillating fan installed. Despite a humidity level of 75%, the lack of airflow led to slight dryness at the leaf edges, most likely caused by stagnant air. This has now been fixed – a movable fan is running to ensure proper air circulation. Outlook: In about 1–2 weeks, the plant will be transplanted into its final pot and moved to the windowsill to continue its development under natural light. 🇩🇪 WEEK 2 ---------------------- Beobachtungen: Die Strawberry Gorilla Auto von Fastbuds wächst bisher einwandfrei – kräftig, gesund und ohne Auffälligkeiten. Aufgrund der autoflowering Genetik wird kein Topping durchgeführt, damit der natürliche Wachstumsverlauf nicht gestört wird. Bemerkung / Fehler: Da ich aktuell auf mein Reservezelt ausweichen musste, war anfangs kein oszillierender Ventilator installiert. Trotz einer Luftfeuchtigkeit von 75 % kam es dadurch zu leichten Trockenschäden an den Blatträndern, vermutlich durch stehende Luft. Inzwischen läuft ein beweglicher Ventilator, der für ausreichende Luftzirkulation sorgt. Ausblick: In etwa 1–2 Wochen wird die Pflanze in ihren finalen Topf gesetzt und auf die Fensterbank umziehen, um dort den weiteren Verlauf unter natürlichem Licht fortzusetzen.

HandsomeTerpz 🇺🇲 Week 3 ------------------------ The Fast Buds Gorilla Cookie is developing nicely. Like all the other plants, it handled and absorbed the mineral nutrients from Canna without any issues. It's now strong enough to be transplanted into its final pot. Since this is a simple windowsill grow, I used a non-draining pot. For drainage, I added clay pebbles at the bottom, and for the substrate, I chose a light mix with perlite. From now on, the plant will be fed only with organic nutrients from Biobizz – just CalMag and FishMix. No LST or other training methods will be applied. This plant is meant to grow naturally and stress-free. However, one thing stood out: unlike other strains from Zamnesia or Terpyz, this one developed very poor roots. During transplant, the substrate was very dry, and it completely fell apart when I took the plant out – I was left holding it by the bare roots. It was quite a challenge to get it into the new pot with enough stability. I'm curious to see how it will progress. 🇩🇪 Woche 3 ------------------------- Die Fast Buds Gorilla Cookie entwickelt sich gut. Wie alle anderen Pflanzen hat sie den mineralischen Dünger von Canna problemlos aufgenommen. Sie ist jetzt kräftig genug, um in ihren finalen Topf umzuziehen. Da es sich um einen einfachen Fensterbank-Grow handelt, habe ich einen Topf ohne Abflusslöcher verwendet. Für die Drainage kamen unten Blähton-Kugeln hinein, als Substrat ein Lightmix mit Perlit. Ab jetzt wird nur noch mit Bio-Dünger von Biobizz gegossen – nur CalMag und FishMix. An dieser Pflanze wird kein LST oder sonstiges Training durchgeführt. Sie soll natürlich und stressfrei wachsen. Was jedoch auffiel: Im Gegensatz zu anderen Sorten von Zamnesia oder Terpyz hat diese Pflanze sehr schwache Wurzeln entwickelt. Beim Umtopfen war das Substrat extrem trocken und ist komplett zerfallen – ich hatte nur noch die Pflanze mit freiliegenden Wurzeln in der Hand. Es war echt schwierig, sie stabil in den neuen Topf zu setzen. Ich bin gespannt, wie sie sich weiterentwickeln wird.

HandsomeTerpz 🇺🇲 Week 5 ---------------------- The Strawberry Gorilla strain has been growing very slowly since it was taken out of the tent and has already entered the pre-flowering stage. It's clear that the low light intensity on the west side is preventing proper growth. The plant didn’t do well after repotting—it needed a few days to recover and stabilize. 🇩🇪 Woche 5 ---------------------- Die Sorte Strawberry Gorilla wächst seit dem Herausnehmen aus dem Zelt nur sehr langsam und ist bereits in die Vorblüte übergegangen. Man kann deutlich erkennen, dass die geringe Lichtintensität auf der Westseite das Wachstum behindert. Der Pflanze ging es nach dem Umtopfen nicht gut – sie brauchte ein paar Tage, um sich zu erholen.

HandsomeTerpz WEEK 6 -------------------- 🇺🇲 The windowsill grow is progressing very slowly, and the plant is showing barely any growth. It needs more light and more nutrients. Since this is just a simple experiment, we're going to leave the plant where it is and continue observing how it behaves without giving it much care. It will only receive the bare essentials water and nutrients, and that's it. Sounds a bit harsh, but that's how it is. 🌿🌞🤷‍♀️ WOCHE 6 ------------------- 🇩🇪 Der Fensterbank Grow läuft sehr langsam, und die Pflanze zeigt kaum Wachstum. Sie braucht mehr Licht und mehr Dünger. Da es sich aber nur um ein einfaches Experiment handelt, lassen wir die Pflanze dort, wo sie ist, und beobachten weiterhin, wie sie sich ohne große Pflege verhält. Sie bekommt nur das Nötigste – Wasser und Nährstoffe, und das war’s. Klingt gemein, ist aber so. 🌿🌞🤷‍♀️

HandsomeTerpz WEEK 8 ------------------------- 🇬🇧 English Genetics: Fast Buds Strawberry Gorilla. This little one is still growing slowly but steadily in week 7. The buds are beginning to develop, but it's clear that the windowsill location doesn’t provide enough light for the plant to thrive. There are slight signs of nutrient deficiency, but no other visible issues. You can tell that the weather in Germany is a bit too cold and there aren’t enough hours of sunlight. With a height of just under 35 cm, the plant remains quite small. In a grow tent with proper lighting and a feeding schedule, it would have grown much stronger. Still, the experiment can definitely be considered a success so far. 🌱💪🌸 WOCHE 8 ------------------------------ 🇩🇪 Deutsch Genetik: Fast Buds Strawberry Gorilla. Die kleine Pflanze wächst auch in Woche 7 langsam, aber stetig weiter. Die Blüten beginnen sich zu entwickeln, allerdings ist gut zu erkennen, dass der Fensterplatz eigentlich nicht ausreicht, um richtig zu gedeihen. Es zeigt sich ein minimaler Nährstoffmangel, aber sonst keine weiteren Mängel. Man merkt, dass das Wetter in Deutschland etwas zu kühl ist und es an Sonnenstunden fehlt. Mit einer Größe von knapp 35 cm ist die Pflanze zudem recht klein geblieben. In einem Growzelt mit Lampe und Düngerplan wäre sie deutlich kräftiger geworden. Trotzdem kann das Experiment bislang durchweg als Erfolg gewertet werden. 🌞

I had expected a bit more from this windowsill grow, but it’s fascinating to observe how plants behave under different conditions. One thing I can recommend to everyone: use Epsom salt! 🌱

HandsomeTerpz WEEK 10 --------------------------- 🇬🇧 English There isn’t much to report on this grow of Fast Buds Strawberry Gorilla Auto, as the conditions have been kept very minimal. The plant is still indoors by the window and receives little attention apart from regular watering. She’s beautiful to look at, but probably won’t yield much. Personally, I enjoy growing cannabis in its most natural form, without LST training or any other techniques. 🌿💧🌞 WOCHE 10 --------------------------- 🇩🇪 Deutsch Über diesen Grow der Fast Buds Strawberry Gorilla Auto gibt es nicht viel zu berichten, da die Bedingungen sehr schlicht gehalten wurden. Die Pflanze steht weiterhin indoor am Fenster und bekommt – abgesehen vom regelmäßigen Gießen – kaum Aufmerksamkeit. Sie ist schön anzusehen, aber viel Ertrag wird sie wohl nicht bringen. Mir persönlich gefällt es, Cannabis einmal in seiner ursprünglichen Form zu züchten – ganz ohne LST-Training oder andere Techniken. 🌱

The pistils haven’t changed in weeks, and the plant seems to be at the very end of its life cycle. No stress, no rush just giving her time to finish naturally. 🔥🌿 Woche 13 ---------------------- 🇩🇪 Fast Buds Strawberry Gorilla Auto Endspurt. Jetzt heißt’s warten… 🍓🦍⏳ Bei diesem Grow passiert nicht mehr viel es ist quasi nur noch der Countdown bis zur Ernte. Die Blütenstempel haben sich seit Wochen nicht verändert, und die Pflanze scheint am Ende ihres Lebenszyklus angekommen zu sein. HandsomeTerpz I’m still not a fan of Fast Buds, but this experiment was insightful. Under poor lighting, minimal nutrients, and no topping or LST, the plants stayed small just as expected 🌱. This confirms: windowsill grows only work with strong sunlight ☀️ and proper care just like tent grows. Without that, plants won’t thrive.
