India_Calcoen I planted my seed on the 25th of April in a Romberg BoQube propagator with LED-lighting and a heat mat. I used Romberg coir substrate (coconut) and biodegradable pots. The temperature varies between 22-30 degrees.

India_Calcoen My seedlings are stretching to the light. The Romberg LED lighting does not provide enough light. The LED strip provides 1300 lux and I read on the RQS website: “Cannabis seedlings like to receive around 16 hours of light per day at an intensity of 375 lumens and 4000 lux.” https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-how-to-deal-with-tall-stretchy-cannabis-seedlings-n777 😕 I should find them a better place to grow… 01-05-2025 I added extra lighting to my propagator. 1 meter LED-light strip (Leixy Appel), 1000 lumen. Unfortunately the temperature rised up to 35 degrees with this strip! I switched it off. I think I will have to move the seedlings out of the propagator, onto a sunny windowsill.

India_Calcoen 26-05-2025 I forgot to measure my plants last week, but it seems they have gained some leaves and some height! I’m waiting for the weather to be warmer to put them outside. 28-05-2025 I transplanted my plant to the vegetable garden. It grows between nasturtiums, tomatoes and fava beans. Three weeks ago I added green Culterra (N10-P4-K6) to my soil. I hope the soil absorbed it and my plants can benefit from it.

India_Calcoen 12-06-2025 My plant stays a bit small. I don’t expect a great yield, but it could be worse for a first time. The plant is still alive, the leaves are green. I shouldn’t complain.

India_Calcoen 21-06-2025 It’s the longest day of the year! From now on the days will get shorter. My plants are growing fine. Though this one isn’t really gaining any height anymore…

India_Calcoen 30-06-2025 My plant is not gaining height anymore. According to the cultivation information she should be ready in 10-12 weeks. From seed to today she is 67 days old. I need to be patiënt for a few more weeks! 02-07-2025 I added some pictures I made with my new microscope. I’m glad I bought it. Now I can enlarge my yield 😉

India_Calcoen 15-07-2025 White Widow has got some yellow leaves during last week. She is reaching her final phase. I think she still needs a week. Her trichomes are clear and milky. I don’t want to harvest her too soon. 18-07-2025 I touched some of the big leaves and they fell off 😱

India_Calcoen 23-07-2025 I’m getting impatient. I want to harvest her, but not too soon. But also not too late. She is already losing her big fan leaves. They are getting brown and falling off. Trichomes are having different kinds of colours. I’m feeling confused 🧐😵‍💫🙄

Happy Harvest Day!

I’m disappointed of harvesting my plant with bud rot. We didn’t have that much rain during the growth, but it rained when my plant was approaching harvest time. I don’t know what to think of outdoor growing now. Maybe I should try indoor growing. I hope the oil I’m making from her will turn out fine. Fortunately I already started a second run. Hopefully growing in pots on my balcony is safer.

India_Calcoen 27-07-2025 I inspected my plant and I saw bud rot (). Now I know why the leaves were coming of. I read that that is one of the first signs of bud rot. I didn’t want to throw my entire plant out so I cut all the brown parts of. The parts without the mould are still wet but decarboxilating in the NOIDS-pot. I didn’t want to dry it first, in case new mould would start growing. I will make White Widow THC-oil.

Sorry for the rot. Its upsetting adter all your hard work. I had 2 plants succumb this summer. I think for me all outside plants will be mold resistant. Tent grows give you more control ovrr the environment. Ive even seen some grow i a small closet if you short on space.

@Natrona, I’m sorry to hear you also had this 💩 experience this summer. What did you do with your two plants? Did you throw them out? I think after the summer I will buy a tent. But for now I will enjoy the outside grows. And I’ll be hoping that my other plants stay mould-free 🤞🤞

White Widow Automatic is a classic from Zamnesia 🕷️🕷️ I've been thinking about trying it for a while now. I don't have the chance to grow outdoors yet, but I'd love to. Your spider widow looks beautiful 👍 I can see she's enjoying the sunshine 🌞 Wishing you the best of luck, my friend 💚🌱

You could harvest a bud now, quick dry to test the effects now then try some in a week to compare effects. Then for future harvests, you'll know better what pleases you.
