Double grape x GG4 tiger autoflower

syzergy still felt like growth was slow. comparing my plants against others is always a failed battle. i need to remember that pictures are deceiving. i now only compare against my own grows. the plan with this plant is defoliation only. i cut the main stalks primary 2 leaves a couple times to allow all the lower sites to catch up. so far really happy with it.

syzergy i took a 1 week vacation here, and was pleasantly surprised how well she did on the autopots.

syzergy ended up with fungus gnats getting out of control. i bought and cut this thick felt cover and made one for all of my plants. i also bought mosquito bits and strained some into my autopot rez. that fixed the issue, and they are gone. pretty happy with growth this week. she is def getting bigger.

syzergy really happy with growth this week. still no LST or topping. only trimming the top two cola leaves to allow for light. canopy, while not completely even looks good, and ill still be able to keep the main stalk going striaght up.

syzergy def in pre flower, was last week as well just didnt change in the diary. technically flowering weeks i guess but also still growing so idk. anyway, looking good. about day 40 i got a migro light and added it to my setup. i also found out i had an incorrect setting on my ppfd app, and was measuring about 500 ppfd too high. this was causing me to give my plants way under the ppfd i thought i was, so that kinda explains what id consider was slow growth and small bud development on previous plants. im hoping this plant, and going forward ill see much better results.

syzergy plant looks great. bud sites are stacking well and since she has enough light, she is not stretching up as much. canopy is not completely even but still looking pretty good. ill wait for stretch to end and then do a full defoliation along with removal of lower bud sites.

syzergy im doing this after the fact. i think this was mostly post stretch. started seeing pistil clumps. about this time the 6.6 auto ran out of food, but i didnt know it. being new, and my last plant having a clear magnesium issues, i thought it was a PH issue (res was at 7.7 one day and i couldnt remember when i checked or how long ago) or magnesium issue. first i fixed PH and waited a few days, then worked on magnesium. at the same time i gave a big top dress and fed with a terp tea bloom tea. i panicked a day later when she wasnt drinking at all, and replaced all the water in her XL base with clean bottled water. she sucked it down, and things went back to normal, but so much yellow had accumulated that she never just went "fully green" again.

syzergy buds are coming in this week, but the yellow is progressing. i finally figured out it was food and really added a top of top dress, plus some terp tea bloom. the yellow never went away, but new growth started getting green again, and some of the yellow leaves started to get halfway green. i feel like i chased this nutrition issue the entire rest of the grow.

syzergy week 10 the nutrition is under control, heavy top dressing of soil with build a flower, terp tea, molasses, etc. buds are really stacking and looking great by now.

syzergy week 11. she is looking good, buds are getting denser, and pistils keep popping out. finally got a plant with decent sized buds, so many before were nice, just not thick and bigger than the sugar leaves. this ones not as big as others ive seen of course, but its an improvement on past grows.

syzergy week 11, fade is real, plants looking great. trichomes look like she is not ready, im guessing 2 more weeks most likely. in spite of the nutrient issues, she is looking really good and im very happy.

syzergy plants working its way towards the end. tried to add some trichome and bud shots from this week.

syzergy chopped top colas on day 91 i think. leaving the lowers for a bit to finish up.
