Litespeed Soil mix in the bags are about 25% earthworm castings while the soil in the cups, straight Miracle-Grow. The soil it's self is Miracle-Grow organic Indoor potting mix. The soil is great, guess it's new in their line up. Super airy, fluffy, honestly I'm pretty impressed with cost/quality. Hopefully it's not running hot, not too worried though tbh, I've used their regular stuff and had pretty good results and this new soil seems like they've put alot if effort to insure the quality.
