You should have done it the other way around, bro, indoor during growth and outdoor during flowering. In the growth stage, it requires more hours of light than in flowering, although the ideal is outdoor or indoor, due to its ecosystem. But the plant is doing well, even though the branches are thin, and that's due to the lack of light during growth. Most likely, it put some of its energy into dwarfing the branches to support the weight of the buds, and this will affect their size. Cheers, bro!
