Springtime Conditions: Northwest balcony, probably 7-8 hours of direct sunlight at the summer solstice at most. So it probably won't be a mega yield. But last year I already proved that a balcony grow can work under these conditions. Fabric pot with 15 liters. Week update: On May 2nd, the seeds were sown directly into the final pot. I put 2 seeds in the pot just to be safe, to make sure I could start. Germination under constant temperature in the apartment. On May 7th, both sprouted and the pot was moved directly to the balcony.

Springtime It's growing, seems to handle the weather conditions better than the Durban Poison next to it. Probably because it has more indica in it. But of course, it's slower than reports with artificial light and 20h of illumination.

Springtime It's growing, albeit a bit slowly. A first set of three-finger leaves is here. Somehow it's a little crooked, but I think that will sort itself out.

Springtime Good weather, nice and warm, plenty of water from above. Gained a lot in just a week. It was stupid of me to leave them outside when it was still cold at night. But I think they're really taking off now.

Springtime Day 1 of the new week. The little one is doing well, she's developing side branches, but nothing is blooming yet. I think I have ants on the balcony, no idea if that will become a problem. Leafcoat will be applied as a first line of defense just to be safe. Day 5: It's been a wet and windy week so far. But at least she's grown 5cm taller. We're now at 25cm. No pre-flowering has arrived yet. I think with better weather, the little one might end up being 70cm tall, maybe even taller. Unlike the Durban Poison, she shows no signs of wind stress. However, a few leaves have brown spots. Day 7: Wow! 2 days of perfect weather! The little one is now 32cm tall! That means we're 12cm further than the beginning of the week! That's more than 50% height growth in a week! Hopefully, she can do that 2 more times!

Springtime Day 3: the little one is speeding up in terms of growth. It's already 45cm tall! It's going! The first pre-flower has appeared. So it's probably going into stretch now. If it reaches 70cm, I'll be really satisfied. Day 5: reached 50cm! The weather was good. I have a bit of a feeling that I might have overfed it, so for the rest of the week, it's just water.

Springtime Hi and thanks for stopping by in week 7: Day 1: We're starting the week at 55cm height, the beauty is now clearly in flowering and I'm almost afraid it won't reach 70cm anymore. Well, it depends on the height of the main bloom, maybe just barely... Day 7: I came home after a work week, luckily my love took care of the tree of knowledge and at least watered it and positioned it a bit sheltered from the wind in the storm. It's blooming beautifully and is slowly picking up some scent as well.

Springtime Hello and welcome to week 8: Day 1: She's blooming beautifully, has climbed to 65cm - maybe she'll reach 70 after all? We'll see how it looks at the end of the week. Day 5: I think it looks pretty good. Today it's 35°C, so a bit of heat stress. Hopefully, she'll handle it well. Definitely plenty to drink this morning.

Springtime Welcome to week 9: Day 1: Nothing has changed height-wise. It now has a distinct smell. The first leaves have started to autumn, flowers are growing and getting thicker. I'm curious to see what this week brings. I dug out my wifi microscope today, once it's charged I'll take a look at the trichomes. Day 2: Everything looks quite tasty already. Trichomes seem to be 50% clear and 50% milky. I'm not entirely sure. If you see it better, feel free to come by. Day 4: Since the end of day 2, it's been really wet here... with at least 60% humidity... I've still left the little one outside the last few days. Probably a ride on the razor's edge... I've shaken the little tree several times a day to help it dry out and not mold. A real test of endurance... let's see what comes of it. I took another picture of the main bud this morning. Day 7: I'm terribly tense - it smells really nice. Soon it will be completely ready, I think in 1-2 weeks. And right now I've been forecasted 2 weeks of rain in Berlin... I could cry. Either I harvest now and have a coffee-like Indica or I take the risk that everything molds and I'm left with empty hands/jars. What would you do?

Springtime Tag3: Today the weather was rain-free for the first time in a week. I took a few photos. And to at least harvest something from this year, I harvested the thickest buds. Yes, too early, but there was no other way... what a miserable July... Are you all feeling like you're losing out too? Feel free to share some whining in the comments...

Wow, your plants have really grown great in just one week! There's definitely more to come with good weather :-)

@Zanarkand, Thank you! I'll upload new photos this evening. I think I'm pushing it with the nutrients, the leaves are dark green. But so far no burnt tips. The rest of the week will just be water...
