Transplanted it to the 5 gallon container right after it started flowering, so hopefully she won't be upset with me anymore. She just started flowering. I assume that's what is happening with all the white hairs coming out on it. Did start the bloom light as well this week.
One mishap this week. Timer went out and gave my plant an extra 4 hours before I found it. Didn't seem to hurt it too bad. Can visually see where the flowers are coming in. All in all, she's still doing pretty good.
Good week. Plant is taking off and making bud sites everywhere! My advice for myself that's been working is to never over do anything. Don't over feed or water. 18/6 works great for veg and 12/12 for flower. I used regular potting soil from Home Depot. I didn't even start feeding nutrients until I had 2 leaves to brown on the edge. That was almost 9 weeks or the beginning of the flowers when i first needed to feed. I'm most certain i locked my last plant out by over feeding nutes. Once I started the nutes, I continued at the recommendation on the bottle of Tiger Bloom. Tiger is the only one I'm using. Very successful so far, and this Strawberry Banana is a tough cookie. She's taken all my newbie mistakes and is still showing me how beautiful she is.
Looks like a big crop of airy popcorn buds. No biggie since all I could afford was a 116.00 burple grow light. I have managed to save up some money and just purchased the Amare SE500UVB. This should give me the density and scale I've wanted, but until now couldn't afford. My next grow will be better, not that I'm not happy with what I'm getting in my closet now, and considering I have just a little over 150.00 in this grow, I will definitely come out on the plus side. This grow has also been a great learning experience. I am going to get to learn how to cure on this one too.
Was gone on vacation. Son kept it alive. Looks like it went through a fall like period. Yellowing fan leaves. Buds are looking great. Switched to a new light about halfway through flowering. It has a uv bulb, and it's really made my plant super resinous.
