Ive decided to give 3 autoflowers a try for my first ever grow, before I germinated the seeds for 18 hours in spring water then placed onto two paper towels and left for 48hrs. I prepped 3 3gllon fabric pots with coco and perlite and watered with 4 litres of tap water and 2ml of cal mag before I planted the seeds. After I planted the seeds I covered with half a 500ml bottle of water to make a little humidity dome and left under my led. On the 16th of March the day I am calling day 1 because I had a little green leaf pertruding through the coco. Day 2 they had shot up to about an inch tall so I decided to spray the foliage with some mixed rhizotonic and ph water ph6.2. Day 4 and my humidity has been sitting around 50%-55% Day 5 was a bad day because I was testing out an 18 led 54watt full spectrum light from amazon and it had fell from its clip on stand directly onto one of my plants and flattened her. I stood her up and pushed coco around the stem and buried where she had bent and sprayed the hell out of her with the rhizo mix. It was a bad day..... Day seven and she looks fine.

On day 7 I fed the plants with its first feed I started off low 1ml cal mag 1ml micro 2ml bloom per gallon of water. Day 8 I introduced my 6inch Pro breeze fan to try and strengthen up the stems. Day 9 I fed the plants with the rest of the feed I had left from the gallon mix and the humidity creeped up to 65%. I refill my bucket with tap water and leave it in the grow closet so it evaporates the clorines out, I left it for over 24 hours. On day 10 I took the plants out of the room and left near a sunny window sill for 2 hours. I did this so I could take a picture but ended up leaving them there for 2hrs. Day 11 I mixed 400ml of water with 1.5ml of rhizotonic and funneled it into a spray bottle. I read on some one else's diary that spraying the foliage could benefit the plant but becareful not to burn them with the lights so recommend doing it when lights are off. Day 12 16:00hrs as soon as the lights came on I fed them with 1.5ml calmag 1.5micro 3ml bloom per gallon, ph 5.9. Day 13 fed the plants another 400ml each and continued to spray leaves with the spray bottle, the plant that had previously been flattened has now grew to be the beast one and I believe its because of the extra rhizotonic it was getting. Day 14 I adjusted the lights to 40cm above the canopy I think maybe the lights have been to close to the plants. I'm using a hipargero 800 on veg mode. End of week two and plants are all approx 2inch tall.

Day 15 they have started to get a stronger smell to them, started to switch the light to bloom at 2200 and started uting the carbon filter on with the light to kee temps down. Day 16 the plants looked likei may have over fed them leaves was drooping right down they looked quite limp so I took them outside in the sun and after a few hours of wind and sun they started to look fine again. Humidity has been at 35% I need to get myself a humidifier. Day 17 plants look really healthy I am still having veg on from 1100hrs until 2200 when I switch to bloom. Day 18 lights 60cm above canopy and I fed left over feed to the plants about 125ml each. Day 19 giving spray bottle to the foliage and also trying to get that humidity up its really low today 24% I'm waiting on my humidifier to come, sooner the better. Day 20 I mixed 3ml calmag, 3ml micro, 6ml bloom. Feed today 400 ml each. Day 21 fed again another 400ml to the outer edge of the pots, Plants looking good so far I think? 🤔

Day 22 I started lst, pulled the tops over to one side. I did forget to anchor the bottom luckily nothing bad happened! Later that night I corrected this and re tied down this time with anchors. Day 23 I re-tied them down again and give them 200ml of feed each. Day 24 pistols started to show, gave light spray to foliage. Day 25 humidifier came ultrasonic cool mist. It comes on every 3 minutes for one minute keeps humidity at around 40% also fed the plant until runoff for the first time. Day 26 re-tied all plants down with four ties each in different direction from when I first started. Day 27 light has been sitting about 56cm from top of plants. Not sure if I should bring it closer. Day 28 watered 400ml each ph 6.0 plant height approx 6" but they have had lst so I'd say without that they'd be about 7-8" tall one plant is only about 5" not sure if its been stunted or not.

HI, you got to test it, until you know the distanesin a new setup, if the nodes close together, your light is to near... if the nodes are to far you are to high, if the nodes have the right distance you are right....... what is the right distance? on smallplants they should be around 1.5 cm....its difficult to describe, if a plant nods are very close the light is to near. You should always see the branches and before stretching in flower nodes most time around 1,5-3 cm distance....

Plants looking good this week still doing lst on two of the plants and left one alone because late last week I seen roots showing from the medium and and its because when I first did lst I didn't anchor the stems at the bottom but must have missed this issue it's definitely the reason this plant is smallest because it must have been stressed. Ive also been playing around with light distances and also had some light stress so corrected that issue too. Whilst on the subject of problems I'm currently seeing claw effect on the leaves but only on the top smaller ones not sure if it was nitrogen toxicity, I removed nutrition and just watered at pH 6.0 untill there was quite a lot of runoff.

Day 36 I decided to do some defoliating but it was only a couple of leaves per plant from the very bottom. Day 37 I changed the lights to 18/6. They have been having 800ml every two days and they are looking OK no visible problems, one of the plants has started to get a purple shading on the top leaves I'm not sure if this is normal or its the beginning of a problem I will post a picture of it. The smallest of the three plants is 24 cm and had roots showing due to lst this is the second one I've done that to so I topped it up with some more coco today. I'm looking forward to see how they develop next week.

Plants started to get frosty now and drinking 1.5ltrs every second day. Day 45 I added an extra light and had them on full power (veg and bloom) mode, when I woke up the temp had hit a high of 88f so I only use one on full and one on bloom. when both lights was on full power, the middle plant took a beating from the light from the overlap and the top leaves burnt and bleached but hopefully she's OK.

Looking like they're coming to the end soon maybe another week, and then a five day flush. Who knows? need a jewlers loupe. So one plant is yellow purple and green, another plant yellow and green and one dark green and dark purple. On day 53 I gave them 6 litres of ph water each just to try and get rid of some build up, there was quite a bit of runoff and they've not been fed until today day 57 back on nutes. Let's just see what happens next week.

This week not much size difference but its starting to look more ripe. I started overdrive nutrition at the beginning of the week. I am going to keep them on nutrients for another week and when they look more done I will start the flush.

One plant started the flush today trichomes 60-70% cloudy the other two still have another few feeds in them before they go into flush which for me is dissapointing because I wanted them all to come down at the same time but it was either do it right or let that plant go longer and risk losing quality so it just had to be done. I've gone back to one light had it on full power and raised it to 62 cm above the two highest canopys, had some light stress and leaves was folding, hopefully this will sort that problem because I don't want issues this late. Most of the pictures this week will be of the plant that is being flushed but there is a picture with all three off them. Getting exited now!

Well what can I say.... Theyre still going, just started the flush today on the other two plants and the other will be chopped tomorrow and hung to dry. They've gone much longer than expected but theyre looking good so bring on the end... I need the room now because there is two royal Haze in there and its getting tight for space.

So the end of last week I chopped the first plant, it was a strange plant it had problems, purple leaves and foxtailing alot, its still drying and to be honest it doesn't look great! It's light and airy and not compact at all, dissapointing but it's my first time and I've learned a few things along the way, hopefully next time round I'll do better. Yesterday I took the other two plants out and left them in 24hrs of darkness, today I chopped them and hung them to dry. Not to sure what to expect from these two after looking at the first one, but surely they have to be a little bit better 😂. They still looked like they had time left in them but I really needed that room. Live and learn!!
