Maximusprime As you can tell by looking at the fotos she got big (even though I took some more cuts at the top of the plant during week 8). Transplanted her into a 30 L fabric pot. I trained her down to 55 cm of height using the red clippers and afterwards I installed a net to adjust her position even more. She was filling out the 60x60 space perfectly! Two days after transplantation, lollipopping, defoliation and a stressfull training session she is already back strong! As I am using a very big pot and the frux grow allmix I just put in 1g per liter of substrate of the Green House Feeding Bio Grow - should be enough though. Because she is very hungry for phosphorus, I also mixed 2g/L of the BioBloom into the soil mixture aswell. I am also using the enhancer round about every two weeks. I will switch to flower in a few days. From now on I will post weekly updates ✌️🍒💜

Maximusprime Hello everyone, I’ve now reached week 11 and set the timer to 12/12 five days ago. The plants have settled nicely into their new home — 30-liter pots — and they’ve clearly taken to the fresh soil, as the leaves have turned to a deeper, and more vibrant green. They’ve also stretched a bit and are now back at 65 cm in height. Since I’m a bit worried about excessive stretching, I got a second net to better control the height and to allow for tying them down higher up if necessary. I also ordered another batch of beneficial insects — predatory mites to fight off thrips and spider mites. As soon as I have got them, I will put them out. I am also using them for my mothers-area, which is the right part of the tent (not seen here). … to be clear: I am using them only to prevent, so far no pests at all ✌️ Currently, the PPFD values, measured with the Photone app, are sitting around 500–650 µmol/m²/s. Due to the plants’ increased phosphorus demand, I’m adding a bit of Biobizz Bloom to the water at a dose of 2 ml per liter. Really looking forward to seeing how things develop over the next week. From now on, I’ll be posting updates every monday.

Maximusprime Hello everyone, as I'm currently on vacation, I only managed to post again today and I am therefore using pictures that I took on sunday evening, shortly before I left, and not on Monday as usual. Anyways here is what happend during the last days: The plant got really tall and streched nicely. As I am worried about the plant getting too big, I have trained her down one more time right before I left and I also put up the lights a bit. Hopefully they still have enough space left when I come home 😅 Furthermore I increased the PPFD - we are now sitting around 650 and 800 depending wether I am checking on the edges or the center. I gave her 2g/liter of substrate of the Greenhouse Feeding BioBloom, so round about 60g in total. But there is also another thing that I am really worried about. I saw some spidermites on my chillis and tomatos, located outside on the balcony. And even though I am already using beneficial insects (predatory mites - Cucumeris and Californicus), I am afraid of them getting carried accidently into my tent. Hopefully I won’t see any spidermites inside when I will be back from vacation in a few days. I will give you guys an update as soon as I am back home! Have a good one and grow on ✌️💜🍒

Maximusprime Hey everyone, Sorry for the late update, but I ran into a huge issue after returning from vacation. The spider mites I was worried about on the balcony—well, turns out they didn’t spread after all. But when I got back home, I discovered a full-on root aphid infestation in my grow tent. And I’m not talking about a few—there must have been at least a thousand of them. You can see it clearly in the pictures. I immediately ordered soil-dwelling predatory mites, which help by feeding on eggs and larvae. Things have gotten better since then, and as you can see in the pictures, the top part of the plant still looks pretty good. However, when I checked the roots of my small mother plant (not pictured), the outer roots were definitely heavily damaged. So I took some drastic measures—I washed off the root ball in the shower to flush away as many adult aphids as possible. Still, I’m worried I might not get rid of them completely, especially since they can eventually grow wings and spread. During my vacation, the person taking care of the plants thought they were fungus gnats, so no one raised the alarm. But when I came back, the bottom of the tent was crawling with aphids. At least now the numbers are way down. But to be safe, I’ve decided to start fresh. I’m rooting a new cutting on the windowsill in another room. Once the current Superbuff is done, I’ll keep only the new clone and clean everything thoroughly to avoid another outbreak. Has anyone here had experience with root aphids? If so, please share your tips! Despite all this, I still think the plant looks pretty great overall. One more issue though—temperatures have been way too high. I measured 32.6°C today with an infrared thermometer, which is clearly too much. That’s why I’ve decided to switch the light schedule to nighttime. To make the switch, I’ll give the plant 24 hours of darkness so I can run the lights from 10 PM to 10 AM instead of 10 AM to 10 PM. Has anyone here done this before? Would love to hear your input! **Also, I did a defoliation and some lollipopping on day 21 of flower, as you can also see in the pictures. Thanks in advance, and happy growing!

Maximusprime Yo, sorry for not posting in a while – just didn’t find the time lately. As you can see, the Cherry is doing well, pest pressure on her is pretty much under control. Meanwhile, on the other side where the mother plants are, things are still pretty heavy – still seeing quite a bit of root aphid activity. But no worries – I’ve already taken most of the clones I needed, so once this run is harvested (around 10 days from now), it’s time to clean up. Gonna throw everything out, disinfect the whole setup with isopropanol, and start with the new clones that are sitting in another room. Hopefully these suckers wont come back. By the way, changing the light schedule to run during the night hours turned out to be a great move. Temps dropped significantly, and the purple color came back nicely – looking way healthier now, which is super cool. But I think due to the heat in the first part of the flowering phase she did not reach her full potential. Anyways still looking pretty. The pics were taken over the past few days – we’re currently at Day 49. Fresh cycle coming up soon 💪 Stay tuned.

Maximusprime Hey everyone, just harvested at day 60 of flower and I’m really happy with how things turned out. Uploaded some harvest shots along with exact day tags. The colors and overall development finished nicely! After the chop, I went through a full clean-up with isopropyl alcohol. The root aphid situation should be fully under Control now. I have got some clones ready in a separate space, and I’ll be restarting soon. I will give an update on harvest results in the next few weeks, but for now - the terps dont lie! Very nice fruity and floral smell with a little candygas in it too. Happy growing ✌️
