Week 2, added big bud and did some light defoliating. i also added stakes on 2 plants, to help spread out the branches. The blueberry seems to be the hungriest plant of the group.
Week 3 - nice growth in each plant, the blueberry is a lot hungrier, I may need to introduce a mid-week feeding of sensizym for her. The 2 OG kush have very tight node space and bud sights. A little bit of defoliation of fans leaves.
Start of week 4, the blueberry is using up nutes quicker then the other strain's, but she rebounded quickly after being fed. The OG Kush is very compact and tight node spacing, lots of bud sites.
Week 5 begins! Plants looks good, the blueberry didn't dry up as much this week, but she's still the hungriest of the bunch. Both OG Kush plants stepped up their consumption, the pots were much lighter than the last 4 weeks come feed time.
Start of week 6. Blueberry continues to be the hungriest of the group. The two OG kush are filling in nicely, lots of bud growth! The Super Lemon Haze is also showing beautiful bud growth.
Start of week 7 for the OG Kush and blueberry. Second repeat of week 5 feeding for the super lemon haze as she's on a 10 week schedule. OG's are super sticky, smelly and packing on thick dense buds, blueberry is bulking up, but not nearly as much as the oG. The SLH is also pumping out nice buds, that are very sticky. Very happy with this grow so far.
Week 8 for the OG Kush and blueberry. Week 6 on the feed schedule for the Super Lemon haze. Last week of feed for the OG's and blueberry. The OG's are super thick, sticky and stank so nice! The blueberry is very sticky, smell's nice but the buds are not as big as I expected them to be.
Flushing begins for the Og kush and blueberry. All three plants are incredibly sticky, stanky, dense and heavy! The OG Kush plants are blowing my mind, I'm amazed at how much they have fattened up the last week.
The super lemon haze starts week 7 and is also sticky and stanky, she's also starting to pack on weight and density.
Loving how these two OG Kush filled out and packed on weight. This is my 6 time growing this strain, first under this LED light and first on grow diaries. Can't wait to give her a first taste in 2 weeks.
While I was very happy with the grow at harvest time, I am a bit disappointed with only 190 grams total dry weight from these two plants. The buds are nice, dense and packed with tricomes, the smoke is smooth and the high is clear.
I've grown this strain many times and she delivers every time! Everyone I share her with, always comment on the great blueberry taste, I can't wait to test her in 2 weeks.
Overall very happy with this plant grow. She was by far the hungriest of the four plants in this grow, but she still developed nicely, loads of sticky sweet smelling buds. Will update in 2 weeks, after the first smoke.
Update! Smoked the first buds from this harvest, the smoke was smooth, light berry/fruit taste, it will get stronger as they cure in their jars. Overall, I am happy with the plant, the bud product and quality. She's not a super heavy indica, but she can still pack a punch!
Flushing begins for the super lemon haze! She has dense heavy buds, even though they are not huge in size. Buds are very sticky, covered in trics and will definitely be ready for harvest in 7 more days.
This was my first time growing this strain, I am happy with the results so far, the plant grew rather nicely, didn't show any signs of deficiency until the last 2 weeks before harvest. Will be growing again soon. Wow! So impressed with this strain, the smell and taste of lemon is clear and distinct. This strain is now at the top of my list, definitely growing again soon.
Going to let the plant dry hanging for a few days and then trim, I've never tried a dry or dry-ish trim, so it'll be a good experience. Will update in two weeks with dry weight and initial smoke test. Hang drying took longer then wet trim and drying in my rack, but the smell and taste of this strain is mind blowing! 11/10!
@CanadianFillmore, you're international now, 📷🌟📽️🌟
Grow diaries has an IG account and regularly posts photos and pictures of nice diaries from the GD fourm.
Congrats, looks good! Initially you won't taste the citrus aromas but after a proper cure with boveda humidity pack the limonene terpene will really be noticeable and extremely enjoyable!! This strain is so far in my top 3.
@GreenHouseLab, thanks! Agreed, it does take a bit of cure time before the smells and flavor really comes out. But I've never used a boveda humidity pack before, the humidity levels in my house are pretty close to perfect 50-60% so I just burp the jars regularly.
I'm really interested to see how this strain compares against the citrus skunk I grew a few months ago. While this strain took a bit longer to grow, she isn't as nutrient hungry as the citrus skunk was.
Good to see another fellow Canadian on here, got to love our new pot laws in Canada. I grew the canuk blueberry last year outdoors and got a huge harvest. Good luck with your grow.
@Smokingthatdank420, the new laws were a step in the right direction, still a way to go though, to get it right, but fuck yeah!! Haha! Grow on! Thanks!
Good luck with your grow!
It looks like either you've overwatered your Blueberry or that it's having root problems. You may need to transplant it ASAP. Try probing your soil really well with a skewer and getting some oxygen down to your roots to perk her back up.
..just noticed you are actually growing soilless..still...get the roots some oxygen however you think best.😀
