You waited way too long to top where you marked. When you top, it should be the top of the plant, not the middle. If you are planning to clone what you cut off, then it's maybe useful, but otherwise you wasted a lot of time growing a big portion of plant for no reason. Top as soon as you can when the plant gets to the node you want. Right now I would top way higher (2 or 3 nodes up from where you marked) and let the lower branches come up. Timing is key to keep your grow efficient.

I think you should have topped a week or so ago. you will be removing two nodes and a growth tip if you top where you have it marked in the image. The plant could have been topped when it was just the growth node at that point vs now its loosening a lot of growth. It will bounce back but just some wasted time.

Sehr schön trainiert. Da nicht mehr viel Zeit für die Vegetationsphase bleibt, ca. 5-6 Wochen, würd ich nicht mehr toppen, sondern nur noch wachsen lassen. Nächstes Jahr eher anfangen 😉 dann werden sie größer..

@GermanGrow182, thank you for your kind words and your advice. ❤️🍀 In my country, growing is illegal, so I can’t have tall plants. I’ve topped them once and I’m trying to keep the branches low by tying them down with plastic zip ties. I think I’ve spotted the first white hairs on two of the plants, so I’m probably entering pre-flowering and expecting some stretching soon. Thanks a lot again. Keep growing! 🍀✨️💚
