I would wait till the 5th node before starting LST or HST, you can start it around the 3rd node but I like to wait a bit longer. Have a plan befoe you start anything, just giving the plant LST/HST willy nilly sometimes does not help it and only dwarfs its potential. If you have amended soil it lilkey won't need any feed till about week 3 or 4, and if you amending with dry amendments they take a bit of time to break down. If you feeding with liquid fertilizers that are readily available it will not need time to break down, its already good to go. Have a good feeding/watering regime in place so you don't burn em or over water them.

The Sun and your LED are very different types of light. The sun is the best and the led is like the "wish" version of the sun. Its normal behavior for leaves to curl a bit, they are adapting to the other light source. You should not be giving them to much light though overall, they need some downtime. 18/6 works great. 18hr of light and 6hrs of darkness. Plants are looking healthy so keep up the good work.

It's OK a little, I like to think of it similarly to being dry mouthed on a hot sunny day, she is using a little more water than she has readily available, margin tips curling up slightly is always temp related (cooling).
