12131980 Sorry for the late start to Grow Diaries. Old school guy just getting used to this. My grow right now is Fast Buds 420 Gorilla Z. I have four plants in flower. Two were started early Spring and grown completely outside which resulted in shorter plants and huge colas, still has a way to go. One of these plants took a hit from 101 MPH winds and hail. I have doctored her back to supported health. It looks like hell but smells like candy and is sticky as gorilla glue.
The other two were grown in a greenhouse and have been dragged outside many times for full sunshine. These two stretched very nicely during flower and are beautiful. One has a dominate purple tint.
I experiment with all my grows so I can learn more about my plants. Environment is the biggest factor to growing. I prefer the taller stretchy plants because of the higher yields, but the smaller stocky plants have a stronger aroma and smells like a bag of Zittle's.

12131980 Another beautiful week down and she keeps plumping up. Smells so good. I just want to eat her. Huge difference in weather this Summer versus the past five Summers. Drought is over. Weekly rains, and zero 100 F days so far. Very happy to be growing outside.
First time growing this strain. She started a little slow, then stretched during flower. All plants were a little different in colors and sizes. A couple were more Indica dominate in structure, being shorter and huge colas. A couple were tall and branched out nicely. My wife hated me cutting them down because they were so pretty and the aromatics were candy like and berries. Many shades of lavender and green, red and orange hairs everywhere.
I really liked growing this strain. Started early Spring in a greenhouse with two plants, and the other shorter plants started and grew outside all the time in a harsh environment. My region went from a five year drought to multiple flash flood warnings this season. The storms and bugs have been ridiculous, but Gorilla Z grow strong and fought through all of it. I wanted to push them another week or two in development, but the extreme and humidity would have ruined them. I didn't want to cook them or develop bud rot. The finished product smells so good.

12131980 Girls are in glass holding a perfect humidity and temperature. Been burping the jars twice a day for two weeks. The garage smells like a berry forest and candy every time I open the storage door. This is going to get me through the next Winter nicely.
