This plant took allot longer to grow than expected, and was meant to be harvested before my critical jack auto grow. Soil mix contained-Bio terra plus, compost, hemp bedding, BAC funky fungi, wormcastings, eco thrive charge. Mulch mix used-Bio terra plus, lava soil, worm castings, molasses&neem- wouldn’t recommend the neem in hindsight.

Watered twice on week 3 and applied Epsom salts diluted, on day 5 of week 3 I fed the soil compost tea. Killed many fungus gnats on day 7 of week 3 by hand. 4th node was showing also by the end of this week.

Node 5 showed itself nicely on day 1 of week 4 and 3 days later node 6 started to show through, sprayed soil with water and neem oil soil association approved to get rid of gnats. Plant was 15cm tall on day 6 of week 4.

Introduced a fan on week 5, applied a mulch layer on day 1 of week 5 and then applied neem and molasses diluted in water. On day 3 of week 5 I noticed there were less gnats about.

Added some nematodes that I bought online to counter the fungus gnat problem I was having which wasn’t really a problem because my plants weren’t being noticeably affected, this could of been to do with the mycorhizle fungi that had associated with the plant, anyway I fed a compost tea to the plant also on this week and lst’d the plant to give more light to other areas to promote growth etc.

Mushrooms started to sprout on the surface of the top soil, also the sensi skink started to show pre flowers, commented also on that week that I wish I had more light because I was only running with 80w LED’s at this time and I knew I needed more PAR, and needed to increase the PPFD also. Removed some lower leaves also. Ignore pics till much later because this plant went crazy on me, so bare with till later because she feel asleep and woke back up again put it that way later on...

Angled the light to get more light exposure on plant, also used some eco thrive charge organic soil association approved on this week, noted in my written diary than the plant NEEDS MORE LIGHT! I was skint at this point because I smoke allot of bud haha. Yet again please ignore the pic it’s just the same as week 6.

Lst’d Plant heavily by bending it away from light to expose lower canopy, plant 51cm tall on 21st Nov 2018. Flowers were still not growing properly and I thought to myself this could be a PH problem but I doubted it. And I don’t think it ended up to be true.

At this week I was worried that I had really overlooked something because the flowers were truly not developing, I fed the soil some Kombucha that I make myself to drop the ph a little hopefully and acidify the environment just a bit and add some microbes. I tested this on some parsley and they responded nicely to it when combined with water at low ratio. 20:1000.

OK now this is the point where I started to think nah she’s not having it and this thought upset me because I thought it was honestly going to be my first successful indoor grow run on a seed that I have worked on outside guerilla growing and getting to know etc before I was gifted a tent. The 600W LED also got added in on this week and there was so change to begin with...week 14 will be blank and week 15 has an interesting comment on it from me about the state of the plant. After week 15 there is no record kept till 26th of February 2019.

20th December comment-since no buds grew I will recycle the soil into my next grow. I will remove all the lower leaves and branches. Thick branches I will keep. I will keep the main stem for memories. (using now as climbing trellis that will allow 3 morning glory’s planets to grow up and around the stem-23rd December) so trust me when I say I’m glad I decided to trust in the universe and carry on cultivating the soil I transplanted it into which was a 40L grow bed from a 2L clay pot lmfao.😅 Really sorry that I didn’t take any pictures of the past few week and this week.

26th February comment-She’s alive and flowering but how? She was accidentally snapped 3 weeks ago and now is flowering after recovering in around 10-14 days, now I noticed that the morning glory’s that I had decided to grow back in December were now acting as supportive structure that kept my cannabis plant together whilst slightly leaning to the edge of tent for a bit more support whilst it fixed it’s stem. The morning glory plants had wrapped around and around the stem embracing it and holding it together but not over tightly not suffocating my plant at all because the stem was very strong and thick. One of the morning glory’s I had noticed had actually self grafted itself to where the wound was located on the cannabis plant...the morning glory was now different to all the other morning glory’s It had spiked trichrome bracts on the the stem now compared to the other morning glory’s, this can all seem rather confusing but it was honestly very beautiful to witness and be part of such a natural process which I didn’t mean to occur, life is a fluke just like this grow and I wonder If the morning glory gave the cannabis plant the energy it needed to flower. Maybe more of the floreign hormone the flowering hormone that plants produce?

5th March changed lights from 12/12 to 18/6 needed to test to see If I had a true auto or a regular fem plant. And on the 11th of March I had worked out that yes I did have a true auto and the buds had developed in size since switching to 18/6. Harvest is in 1 and half weeks but I will include it all in the next week.

I had to do a earlier harvest than I wanted but It turned out to be a good thing, so I wont forget that, people don’t seem to understand that there is a clear distinction between bud harvested early compared to later on, and I enjoy a bit of both and I love everything in between. I’am really impressed just on the overall looks of my bud, check out sensi seeds official on instagram to see the post they put on recently on of the sensi skunk I grew. Quality over quantity. I hope my career will kick off big time one day, I have a dream to do great things for the world and I would hate to not be able to at least have the opportunity to express that dream, and so far it’s going smoothly, just need to cut down on tobacco and clear my head Moreno so I can focus more on that dream. I hope to one day cultivate the worlds most beautiful exotic cannabis strains I daily visualise new cannabis strain potentials, maybe this is what my generation was born to do? It’s starting to feel like it.
