Thedibber Starting as day 1 although I only have 1 strawberry banana and 1 pound cake in their home. 2nd strawberry banana will be planted tomorrow. 2nd poundcake and the Mephisto sour crinkle only went into their glass of water yesterday evening. I'm expanding in the next 2 weeks to a 2nd 90x90x200cm spiderfarmer tent. Planning to have 2 in the 80x80x160cm and 3 in the spiderfarmer. Ill move the SE3000 to the spiderfarmer tent and move the G3000 light into the 80x80x160cm. We could say its my 2nd grow back in 10years but my last was a failed coco run I stunted 3 gorilla cookies. Thats how I grew back in the day with lots of sucess. After the fuss of nutrients and failed run I just want to avoid that for awhile. Lets get this right now 😂
2x Strawberry banana didn't sprout so replaced with 2x Strawberry gorilla

Thedibber 2 strawberry banana didnt make it sadly so ive replaced with 2x fast buds - Strawberry gorilla. Hopefully they work out but will be 7-10days behind the 2 poundcake and 1 sour crinkle
Update
2x strawberry gorilla have been planted into their forever home Poundcake 1 is on day 3 and Poundcake 2 and sour crinkle are day 2 😁
2x Strawberry gorilla just had their helmet taken off 😂 15/07/25
From what I can tell spiderfarmers PPFD maps are way off. Even ramping up the power to 50% at 12" has only just stopped them from reaching for the stars... I wondered why my last turned into jack and the beanstalk 😂 Its a shame because the lights promise much more than they offer. I was planning on buying a full spiderfarmer setup and godknows how many more in the future but I think they have lost me as a buyer.

Thedibber All is looking good so far 😉 Big ups to Dr organic living soil all i'm feeding is p6.5 bubbled tap water and they are looking healthy and thick 😜
Got some Bokashi and Microben-Terra Actus to boost the plants over the next few weeks also a 2-8-10 bloom amendment to topdress week 3 and 5 of bloom.
Spiderfarmer se3000 hung at 24inch from canopy 65% power. Raised light by 6inches 22/07 400ppfd
Topped the Sour Crinkle 22/07
Removed 2 leaves from Poundcake 1 to expose lower sites. Not topping this one 24/07
Turned light up to 75% 23/07 but ended up getting early signs of light stress so dropped it back down to 65% 25/07
Topdressed all living soil plants with a small handful Dr organics bokashi then watered in with 5ml per L microben terra actus. Some more water than others depending on who needed a sip 😆 25/07

Thedibber Week 3 starts Poundcake #1 is on Day 15 as of 25/07 the rest are between day 11 and 14
Poundcake #1 suffering slight light burn from me putting the se3000 power up to 75%. Its back down to 65% now 😅
The two smaller pots on the right are in coco not living soil. Just keeping them indoors for now why not 👌
Added a organic seedless straw mulch for more microbe friendly activity and help prevent the fast drybacks I'm getting with the current heat 😰

Thedibber So Ive been late on posting here for week 4 today marks Day 28 for the 2 Poundcake autoflowers and sadly they flowered and stayed really small after a promising first 2weeks. All the equipment I had was some of the gear I used 10+ years ago. I rushed into this as shown with the Gorilla cookies what I stunted so I started fresh with living soil thinking It was a coco issue with all the mixing nutrients and suffering from epilepsy I often forget. I was wondering why my plants perked up once I moved them out of the growing area to outdoors which here is far from ideal. Turns out my carbon filter was blocked. I just put the lack of exhaust down to the old gear I was using and oh boy I was wrong. So not only have the plants been struggling for fresh air exchange but overnight they would of had 0 airflow. I had a fan blowing stale air around thats about it 😂 I will keep this diary going but I will start a fresh one for the replacements I have inplace incase nothing is worthy of keeping indoors.
Old tent now houses the Gorilla cookies autoflower and a Caramel autoflower
Spiderfarmer tent has 2x Poundcake 2x Strawberry gorilla 2x mephisto sour crinkle and 3x new autoflowers in solo cups and 3x psychoberry cheese photoperiod
09/08 Moved 2x Poundcake into the old tent under a old LED its not worth using the space under the se3000 for a tiny yeild. Worth trying for a bigger yeild with the Gorilla Cookies autoflower and caramel. It is abit crowded until I get my another new light, I can move some back into the old tent once I get it.

Thedibber Week 5 for the Poundcake #1 and #2 sadly they will stay small 😞 I think the problems with air circulation and dry pockets messed this up. I dont think Ill use living soil unless I transplant into bigger pots during it. Also I wont be using fabric pots for livingsoil. Ill keep growing them out until I dont have space for them anymore. I have replacements for this tent so when they need the space its eviction time 😆
Strawberry Gorilla #1 + #2 are getting moved into this tent tomorrow and the bottom plant Sour Crinkle #2 will be transplanted and moved into the spiderfarmer tent. Sadly they have suffered from my poor practices also. Not as much but I cant see them recovering. I could be talking too soon as the air circulation problem hasn't even been fixed for a week but we'll see 😹
All living soil plants are now in this tent. Ive learnt alot from this first livingsoil grow and I 100% underwatered after day 13-15. Combined with all my other stupid mistakes along with no fresh air exchange I set myself up for failure. Next livingsoil run is the psychoberry cheese in 18L sq plastic pots

Thedibber 15/08/25 - Week 6 starts here, Sadly its too late to save them but the 2 strawberry gorilla bottom corners have started to strech more as they were still late veg when I got my extraction working. Looks like they were suffering from lack of CO2 and my bad watering practices which I have also got dialed now 😃 They will keep that tent until I need it for future projects. Planning on getting another 3x3 but Ill get the kit this time with the se3000 included. Ill get that when it restocks as its not instock until the end of the month.
18/08/25 - Watered all 1L each Ph 6.7 with 2ml per L of microben actus
20/08/25 - Watered all 1.25L each Ph 6.5

25/08/25 - Watered all living soil 1.5L each
All beans will be in their soil by this evening 100% germination👌 All fastbuds are in 5gallon fabric pots and the Mephiso sour crinkle is in a 3gallon 😁
@GhostTerpZ, Thanks buddy 👊 After a lot of problems with air circulation from a blocked carbon filter and major underwatering im made up ill atleast get something from this run. Learnt my lesson now and ready to learn plenty more haha 😂
Just want to add. At the start of this living soil I planted 2x Strawberry Banana autoflowers from fastbuds. As you can see I dont have issues germinating seeds maybe getting to harvest a different story 😆 Out of 5 Strawberry Banana seeds only 1 actually made it past 1mm taproot and thank god its a seedling now. I thought I wasnt going to get any of them to sprout so once again I feel blessed but also I feel maybe they wernt the best quality from fastbuds. They did look very white but the company I got them from have a few rules to qualify to claim for the seeds what didnt sprout and I dont qualify for one of them 😭 Ill start a diary for the miracle strawberry banana but not until its a few weeks old and I know its actually going to make it past seedling stage 😅
@yan402, Ayee mate its getting there now. Lots of lessons learnt during this grow. 2 Poundcake are not really worth growing out now so I think ill be moving the plants around again today. Dont want to use my new light to grow 2 half oz plants when the gorilla cookies is hugee 😆 Take it easy brother 👊
