Buds_Tomorrow Flowering Week 2: On the 11th day of flowering, there was a brief heat stress – clearly noticeable by the upward curled leaf edges ("tacoing"). The cause was a temperature that was too high in the tent. The plant is visibly recovering, and the behavior is well documented. The watering rhythm is currently every 3–4 days, depending on pot weight and moisture levels in the substrate.

Buds_Tomorrow Week 7 – Flowering Week 1: At the beginning of the flowering stage, there was significant heat stress due to outside temperatures of up to 37 °C. The tent temperature occasionally rose to 29–30 °C, which resulted in drooping leaves and slight leaf curl. On the first day of flowering, the Adlite Blue 30 was turned off and the Adlite Deep Red 30 was activated instead to optimally support the flowering phase. Targeted lollipopping was done on day 8 of flowering. The plant has now fully recovered from the heat stress and is showing vigorous growth and upright leaf position again.

Buds_Tomorrow In week 8, there was a short-term watering mistake that manifested as drooping leaves. Initially, only 1.5 L of water was given every two days – too little for the plant's current water needs during this flowering phase. As a result of the under-supply, numerous leaves drooped limply, which at first was not recognized as drought stress. After about 2-3 days, the cause was identified and corrected: from that point on, the plant received 1.5 L of water every morning, which quickly normalized the leaf structure and significantly increased vitality. The plant visibly recovered in a short time and responded positively to the stabilized watering routine. Climate Day temperature: consistently at 25-27 °C Relative humidity during the day: about 55 % Night temperature: 22.5-24 °C Relative humidity at night: 60-70 % The climate was overall stable, with slightly increased humidity at night – still within an acceptable range, but increasingly relevant for the coming weeks when buds become denser and more susceptible to mold. The flower development continues to progress evenly. Although a slight growth delay is possible due to the short-term watering deficit, the plant overall presents a robust picture and has weathered the minor setback without any lasting damage.

Buds_Tomorrow In week 9, the plant is clearly in the advanced flowering stage. The buds have massively increased in volume over the past few days – especially since the continuous application of the mineral fertilizer from 420Flow, there has been a virtually explosive development of the flower clusters. The daily watering routine continues to take place at 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM, each time with 1.5 L of water per session. Fertilization started this week: 6 ml Bloom 4.5 ml Booster 1.5–2 ml CalMag The pH level is still estimated to be regulated by 0.5 ml of pH-Down per 1.5 L of water – without an exact measuring device, based on previous tap water tests (~pH 7.4), the watering water should be in the range of 6.3–6.5. Since week 6, the Adlite Blue 30 has also been turned on between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM – this measure continues to have a noticeable impact on the leaf structure in the upper third: The leaves appear significantly stronger and fleshier, and trichome formation is well advanced and clearly visible. Temperature-wise, the daytime range is between 25–28.5 °C, which occasionally leads to slight leaf curl at the tips, but does not cause serious stress. At night, the climate settles at 22–23 °C with a humidity of 58–65%. During the day, it’s 50–55%, which is still within an acceptable range without a dehumidifier. A particularly noticeable point this week: The smell of the plant has increased significantly – when touched, it releases an intense, very pleasant aroma reminiscent of freshly brewed lemon tea. The LED distance remains the same for now, but will be increased to 35 cm starting week 11, as it has become brighter at the tips.

Buds_Tomorrow In week 10, the plant has continued to develop positively – the flower clusters are becoming increasingly dense, and resin production is visibly increasing. The trichomes are now evenly distributed and are becoming more and more numerous. 🌡️ Climate & Conditions The climate this week was overall quite stable, with two warmer days where temperatures rose to up to 28 °C at 62 % humidity. At night, the values were around 24 °C and up to 73 % RH. On the remaining days, the daytime temperature stayed around 26.5 °C, with an RH of about 57 % – still in the acceptable range, but borderline for the advanced flowering phase. The increased nighttime humidity poses a certain risk for mold or Botrytis, so good air circulation is particularly emphasized. ✂️ Care Measures & Defoliation This week, targeted defoliation was carried out in the lower third of the plant. Two small side shoots were removed that received hardly any light and showed no significant flower formation. Additionally, about eight larger fan leaves were removed that were either heavily shaded or showed early signs of CalMag deficiency (the so-called "LED disease") – typical yellow spots on the leaf surface. In response to these symptoms, the CalMag addition was increased to 2.5 ml per watering. Since then, no new deficiency symptoms have appeared, and the plant continues to show a healthy and vigorous overall appearance. 💧 Fertilization & Watering The fertilization remains in the tried-and-true scheme, adjusted by increasing the CalMag proportion: 6 ml Bloom 4.5 ml Booster 2.5 ml CalMag Watering continues twice daily at 1.5 L each, in the morning at 6:30 AM and in the evening at 5:30 PM, each time with pH-adjusted water (estimated 6.3–6.5, regulated by 0.5 ml pH-Down per 1.5 L). 💡 Light & Distance The lighting remains unchanged: Adlite Deep Red 30 continuously active, Adlite Blue 30 daily from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM for targeted spectral support. The LED distance remains at ~28 cm for now, but will be increased to 35 cm as planned starting week 11. 🌺 Flower Development & Aroma The buds appear increasingly denser and harder – especially the main colas show impressive resin development. When touching the flowers, the plant emits an even more intense, almost syrupy citrus-tea scent that fills the room and highlights the terpene profile of this genetic variety.
