OjosLocos5305 I started with humidity domes over top after a successful germination, i did experience a slight bit of light burn due to me having my plants a touch too high, this is my first grow with this new light, i only have it on 40% right now with my plants on the ground which is giving a perfect PPFD for the time being. My first time growing autos so i will be swapping them to their final pots in a few days, ive been told i could have already done that or i could have even started them in their final pots (cloth 5gal) but im just taking my time to make sure they are strong before i stress them, i am currently having a slight struggle getting my humidity above 40% because of my lack of watered substrate in the tent, i have a fish tank bubbler in a gallon of water to help and it works a bit but i need closer to 60% humidity for the time being, any suggestions? Im currently on a budget so any costly suggestions for the time being? In the future i will be buying a humidifier but i wont be able to for a few weeks Any help is appreciated!

OjosLocos5305 Just swapped into 5 gal pots, allowing 2 days for the plants to recover then im going to top them. I was going to start nutes tomorrow but i swapped pots late so i have to wait till they coke back from the topping before i start nutes. Even tho im using a small ratio of nutes to start i dont want to risk burning those micro tap roots. Any and all advise for autoflower growing is very appreciated!

OjosLocos5305 End of week 2 just wanted to do a small update to show how well and fast the plants came back from the shock of swapping pots, i will be starting flora series nutrients in 2 days at the start of week 3! I hope to get some nice bushes out of these 2, i did not top since i transplanted late so i will be doing a defoliation technique on these plants to keep the main node from outrunning all the others, then i will do a mid lolipop to get rid of just the low low bud sites but i will keep my B tier bud sites aswell as my top A tier sites

OjosLocos5305 Had some problems with nute burn due to too heavy of a feed, now bounced back and got my light and nute levels balanced, trying 2 different techniques mainly because of the different flowering times, plant on the right will flower later because its in a taller pop so it will take longer before the root hits the ground and wants to start flowering, plant on the left is in a shallower pot (accidentally bought 2 different 5 gal pots instead of 2 tall ones) the right one is filling out a beautiful canopy, left one is still looking a bit sad, hoping to get them back to happy plants! Any and all tips on growing autoflowers is very appreciated!

OjosLocos5305 Flowering has started, its actually week 6 i forgot to post week 5 been very busy with family and health complications. Worrying about my plant on the left, significantly smaller because i did not have time to top this one (or so i thought im sure now that if i topped it 2 weeks ago like i wanted to it would have been fine most likely) the plants have bot yet started their stretch but to help with lighting a bit more ill be doing a very slight defoliation and a minor form of lolipopping, not stripping all the bud sites but all below b tier i will still try to keep as many smaller sites as possible without keeping popcorn sites to keep my A tier nugs nice and juicy. Any and all tips and tricks are very appreciated! I am also sure i could probably stand to go up a bit in the nutrient proportions but i like to daily feed small amounts for my plants to keep the best watch over them, i use 1 full water bottle (500ml) plus a little extra squirt from another one daily for esch plant, they get about 500-750ml of feed daily, i tool my feed chart i used for 4 photoperiod sherbanger plants and cut the nutes in half since i have heard and now experienced how sensitive autos are to nute burn and such

OjosLocos5305 Finished my second week of flower, plants done with their stretching and now they are fully focused on the buds, in my opinion i have the perfect amount if nutrient burn, just barley the tips are yellowed meaning im using as much nutrients as possible without over doing it to stress the plant, now is just the waiting and maintaining game, wish me luck guys! Any tips or tricks, comments on growing would be super appreciated, next autoflower grow i know to plant my seed in its final pot and to too after 2 weeks, thank you to anyone following along!

Hello! First let me answer your questions. From week 1: hanging wet towels inside your tent is a cheap way to raise humidity. From week 2: One key thing with autoflowers is to not repot them. They should be started in their final pots. Secondly welcome to grow diaries, nice to have you here. I like people that actually write stuff in their diaries, I find it more interesting than jsut photos. 😀 Following along for this journey!
