@Xonidan, This is called fasciation (Cristate growth) or genetic apical dominance disorder.
This occasionally occurs in autoflowers or unstable hybrids (Fastbuds sometimes have very strong phenotypic differences).
It's not a disease.
The plant simply produces more auxin/shooting hormones, causing it to produce double shoots at each node.
