franc It has started to smell, but the scent is still ordinary, not bright and not pronounced; closer to the end of flowering, it will have a special complex profile that is not very rare to encounter, but this will all happen by the time of harvest.

franc Four weeks of flowering have passed, we are reducing the drainage by EC and doing a final cleaning of the leaves. The plant is quite capricious and can become self-pollinating if handled harshly, but you need to be careful not to end up with nuts.

franc The plant is doing great, I can see it's producing a good amount of flowers, and the tulip is beginning to acquire its signature incomparable aroma. For anyone considering this variety, I highly recommend its incredible aroma, unlike any other plant, a very strong and unique scent. However, this flower isn't the easiest to grow, and you might end up with seeds due to mistakes. I recommend monitoring the climate and lighting, not over-exposing it for longer than nine weeks, and carefully and sparingly removing foliage and side shoots. I've grown this variety twice, and there were always seeds during harvest, not many, but some. This variety will ultimately reward you for your patience with its uniquely scented and flavorful, dense flowers.
