This post will correct my formatting, This update should be considered the END of week 2.
- After noticing some stretching at 45w then 85 watts for a day then, I cranked the light to 138w and left it. This seemed to be a good power level.
- There was what looks like some burn on the end of all the plants. Once they gained some momentum that issue is seemingly fading,
- CBD Apocalypse needed to be tied up, when the leaves started it fell over a bit.
- CBD Apocalypse has light green on half it's leaves. As we have settled into a watering pattern, this seems to be improving.
- High Jack seems to be the most aggressive.
- High Jack had some warping in the first leaf.
- Night Nurse performing as expected, if not, slightly worse than that.
- Orange Skunk seed failed to germinate.
- Currently watering every 48-60 hours. CBD Apocalypse seems to need an extra day to dry out.
All in all, going ok. Lots of room for improvement. Grow box should be complete by this weekend.
May 10, 2019
- Turned light up from 136w to 220w after noticing the plants drooping a bit. Seemed to respond fine.
- Brown spots showing on initial leaves.
May 12, 2019
- Noticed significant drooping in the leaves of High Jack.
- Decided to re-pot from solo cups to 5 gallon cloth pots.
- Probably could have considered a couple days earlier if not right on the mark.
- Used a local product Kyrptonite for Night Nurse and High Jack and Fox Farm Ocean Forest for the CBD Apocalypse.
- All plants showed significant drooping.
- Added SMALL amount (1/3) solo cup to each plant.
- All plants continue to show brown spots on oldest leaves.
May 13, 2019
- All plants responded and standing straight and looking good.
- Significant growth in two days since planting.
- All new growth looks perfect.
- Older leaves on each deteriorating.

End of week 4 everything is going as good as I could have hoped. Been holding off on watering going 2-3 days before adding any. May 19th I moved the plants into the new grow box. I do not yet have proper ventilation but all plants have responded well after an afternoon of drooping. Temps are holding. Bought new fan from Princess auto. It pushes a bit too much air but they have not seemed to mind. Had to adjust the power level of the light to get proper heat as temps are still seasonally low.
High Jack - Best performer to date. Been really easy. 5th node emerging and bottom nodes are getting skinny and long. Definitely too dark and thinking we have a N toxicity. Seems to be recovering.
CBD Apocalypse - Odd looking plant growing really bushy. Definitely too dark and thinking we have a N toxicity. Working on 5th node. Bottom nodes to be growing bushy as well.
Night Nurse - Slightly behind High Jack. But looking good. Dark as well as the others. Thinking this is the soil as I have not added any nutrients. On 5th node. Getting long skinny leaves on the bottom nodes.
Considering topping the flowers pretty soon. Likely give it a few more days to adapt to their new environment.
Tuesday May 28, 2019
This is the first time I had a complete controlled environment for an entire week. Wow, all three plants absolutely exploded. Growth everywhere. I have also spent the least amount of time possible checking on them.
-CBD one full node behind the others.
-Plan is to top down to third node maybe tomorrow May 29th.
-Leaves are full and light,
-Watering is still 3 days between. I am waiting as long as I can.
-Added a tiny drop of Fox Farm Grow Big in watering.
-Light continues at 298w. Temps have fluctuated up and down ~2 degrees over long periods throughout the week.
Will continue on. Next week should be a big update.
Tuesday June 4, 2019
Topped the plants on Thursday May 31. They did not skip a beat.
-CBD one full node behind the others. Did not top this one.
-Watered each plant with two litres (one watering can) of tap water with 2ml of fox farm grow big.
-Climate was steady all week. Weather will change soon and temps will rise.
-Thinking of flipping to flower to sneak a second grow in the second half of summer.
Will continue on. Things have been stable and check ins have been minimal.
Tuesday June 11, 2019
Everything going fine. On cruise control. Temps getting close to being able to flip to flower/
-CBD one full node behind the others.
-Watered each plant with two litres (one watering can) of tap water with 4ml of fox farm grow big.
-Climate was steady all week. Weather will change soon and temps will rise. Over the weekend the box wasn't burped and temperatures went crazy. Does not seem to harm.
-Thinking of flipping to flower next week if low temps raise a bit. Still seasonally cold.
Will continue on. Things have been stable and check ins have been minimal.
