The fading during the flush was almost non existent, only a few lower leaves fell off. Next time I will probably go back to using half the dosage on the schedule of Biobizz. Bio-Heaven and Acti-vera that I tried for the first time seemed to have a positive effect during veg and flower and I will probably use them again. On 07/07 I removed the smaller gorilla that was in the front of the closet and it went in a separate tent to stay in darkness for 2 to 3 days. The Zkittlez will go into darkness today (11/07). Still wondering if I should continue to flower the bigger Gorilla for a few days or not.

Your garden looks amazing! Have you considered defoliation to get some light penetration to the lower nods?

@Multatuli, thanks. anything with minimal to no light exposure will not deliver any promising buds, you'll get leafy buds that are fluffy. To me why waste your plants energy one those site that won't deliver much, instead I'd much rather have bigger buds which also means less trimming.

@GreenHouseLab, Thanks so much for the information, I will keep defoliating them during the coming week and hopefully they will not stress too much. I have not noticed any real stress from previous defoliation this grow so it should be fine. I have removed everything under the screen but halfway up I am unsure if I should remove budding sites. Is it safe to say that the budding sites that don't have any real flowers/pistils at this moment should be removed? I saw your Zkittlez grow it looked awesome! ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ I wonder what the taste of the Zkittlez will be like. Your dog looked very cute too ๐Ÿ˜

@Multatuli, I agree, I've also been conservative with defoliation but after trying it gradually to a more extensive defoliation, if done properly, its definitely worth doing. If your plants have 5+ weeks ahead of harvest I can guarantee you will have re-growth and by the end of harvest it'll seem you never defoliated. If you look at my Zkittlez pheno Z1 you'll think I've never removed any leaves but in fact I have every week up to about a month ago. Doing it right will accelerate flower growth by providing better light penetration and mostly space for the bud sites to evolve into some massive colas ๐Ÿ‘. Add to that better airflow throughout your tent. Best place to start is by removing all the lower nods that will produce miniscule popcorn buds and work your way up without removing what you deem unnecessary to be removed. You want as much light exposure to the bud sites as possible. I would say now is the perfect time for you to defoliate.

Looking good ... Just got done harvesting a Northern Lights Auto and a AK-49 Auto myself. Check out their diaries if you can, I wish you the same success. Good luck with the rest of your grow.

@Mr_Weeds_Autos, Thanks, your journals look awesome ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. I had one Royal Jack auto outdoors last year and it was very nice. Did you defoliate your autos a lot ?

Man looks awesome! Keep the garden groomed this way and you'll get massive buds. If that what you are looking for. You indeed selected the right genetics for yield.

I wouldn't leave them in darkness for more than 24hrs that's my opinion, before I never even put them in complete darkness just to say and the terpene profiles and buds have always been frosty. I can't see any benefits over 24 hrs but those are my thoughts.

Hermaphrodite plants are a pain. Sometimes the genes in a seed is bad and you get a hermy nothing to do a out it ๐Ÿ˜‰ be sure to get the plant removed quick it only takes a tiny Amount of pollen for seeds to appear.
