Bought 5 seeds, 3 of them looked like nice regular seeds, 2 of them looked small and immature. When popped, you can see the 2 weak seeds are not performing like the mature ones

Switched to 18/6 schedule. Transplanted from party cup to 1 gallon pots, except for 1 plant that I put in 2 gallons (only had 3 pots 1 gallon).
8 Bulb t5 with only 4 bulbs on, 5ft away from plants
Topped for the first time, plants were getting tall. I probably topped a week too late, will have too much leg by the end of flower, wasted at least 7-10 days of veg. Regardless, plants look healthy and are growing fast now. They are big enough to lower the light again, 3ft from canopy now, still just 4 bulbs on.
Mag deficiency still showing on the fan leave stems, but it’s common on a fast growing healthy garden. I keep adding cal mag but have not been able to get rid of the purple. As long as it’s not combined with other issues like dropping leaves, chicken claw or other issues, being somewhat short on mag is not uncommon
Forgot to mention last week I switched to 2 gallon pots. I will have to veg longer than I anticipated. I was only going to need a 4x2 canopy but will end up filling whole 4x4 tent now.
Plants are looking fantastic, bright green and growing quickly.
Screwed up and waited too long to water. I am always afraid of overwatering and went too far. Dried some of the root hairs and you can see the result right after I watered. The leaves are chicken clawed and puffy. They will recover, it’s only slight underwater.
I should be putting down my scrog net this week but I have to move homes and transport the plants. I’m afraid that vegging for another week or 10 days until I get settled in will make me run into trouble during flower because the plants will get too tall and close to my light. I’m still able to keep the t5 3 feet away but with the HID light for flower you lose 1 ft from the super sized hood. Hoping they don’t stretch much in flower. Will have to really trellis well and lower that canopy.
One week after starting 12/12, plants look good and are already covering the trellis net. My only worry from now on is the tops getting too close to the light with my ceiling being 6.5 feet and the plants already 3 feet tall.
Light is still dimmed to 450W, I’m trimming the bottoms every time I water. Like to keep dying leaves out of the room. The buds are beginning to form, getting hairy and sugar leaves growing. It took a couple of weeks after switching to 12/12 for any of these things to start showing so I’m guessing it will be about a 10 week flower.
End of week 4 Flower. Will now turn light to 100% (600w) and keep it tied to the top of the tent, hoping it won’t get too hot in my room and the buds don’t get burned from getting too close to the light. I don’t have ideal conditions right now, mostly because I could have probably been better off with a 5x5 space and another foot in height. The canopy is now only 2 ft from the light.
Too much light in my room, turned it off for better pictures, but my buds are a bit thin and too spread apart to be end of week 5 flower. Still the plants are healthy and the stretch is over so it will have to do. I wish I could raise my light by 1 ft but it’s already at the top of the tent.
Buds are fattening. End of week 6 flower and no maturing on the nugs. The runt of the litter is showing signs of ripening but the other 3 are still just looking like they have another 3-4 weeks. It did take at least 10 days after switching to 12-12 to see any buds so this will be a 10 week flower strain
@HerbalEdu,
Thanks buddy. Would love to have fatter colas at this point in flower because I believe the bud swell stage is close to being done. But overall a decent grow for my 2nd go around
