ksenti 13.10.2025 - 18.10.2025 It felt like during days 2–4 the plant didn’t want to grow at all — the leaves barely gained any mass. On the 4th day, I realized my mistake: during the first watering, I hadn’t supplied the plant with enough essential nutrients, as a yellowish tint started to appear on the leaves. So I decided to water the entire substrate again with 1 L of solution, this time adding Calcium Magnesium, hoping I wouldn’t drown the plant in the coco. By days 5 and 6, it seemed to start recovering — the leaves noticeably increased in size, though the yellow tint remained. In the next days, I plan to water with 200-400ml of water with the same amount of nutrients. I’m not sure if that was the right decision — if anyone can comment on it, I’d really appreciate it =) ----- This part should be in the Germination section, but for some technical reason, I can't save it. I will move this later. Hi! This is my second grow — the first one was two years ago in soil. This time, I decided to try a coco substrate. Setup: * 50w Samsung LED * 6-liter pot * Canna Coco Premium Plus substrate On October 11, 2025, I soaked the substrate and planted the seed directly into it, placing it under a makeshift greenhouse made from a bottle. The seed sprouted on October 13, 2025. First mistake: Before planting the seed, I watered the substrate with 1 liter of water containing: * Root Booster – 5 ml * Tri Part Grow – 0.5 ml * Alg-A-Mic – 1 ml * 300 ppm * 6.1 ph The water's PPM was 180, and after adding the nutrients it went up to around 300 PPM. I was afraid to add TriPart Micro and Bloom to avoid overfeeding the plant, and I think that might have affected the first week of growth, as there probably weren't enough nutrients in the substrate. Some photos may have black stripes due to a bad driver on the LED board.

ksenti Hi there, let’s keep flying =) The second week turned out to be productive. The plant has grown, and the leaves have taken on a nice green color. It seems to me that CalMag is doing its job very well, and so far there are no signs of deficiency in any elements. It’s drinking water quite slowly — I watered it only twice with 500 ml each time. At the end of the week, I raised the light by 10 cm.

ksenti Hey, we keep growing! The third week turned out great — the plant is gaining mass nicely. At the end of the week, I removed the second pair of leaves; I left the first pair since they’re not in the way. I did a bit of LST, and the next day she filled out even more beautifully. At the start of the week, I watered with 400ml of pure water (pH 6, 110ppm), then fed as usual. I’m giving Cal-Mag and Alg-A-Mic without breaks.
