Alpengrower im waiting for ac infinity to drop their new dehumidifier in Europe, until then i will have to deal with high humidity in late flower. i spotted moulded buds on an early stage

im pretty happy with my Dehumidifier from spiderfarmer.i heard that the new from vivosun is also nit bad.

@SleepyChow, ty , you dont habe any problems with the dehu blowing smell off the tent?

@Alpengrower, I adjusted the settings of my fan and set the dehumidifier and fan to work together so that the tent isn't inflated by the dehu. At first, that wasn't the case. But luckily, my neighbors aren't bothered by the smell either 😅 The only small difficulty was that the humidity meter from the fan shows different values than the one from the dehu. But as I said, it was just a small mental math task.

That is so unfortunate, this is such a beautiful plant. I hope that not everything is wasted. There are other dehumidifiers on the market, technically you don't need to wait for the AC Infinity one. You can for example dehumidify the "lung room", e.g. the room you're growing in. How high is the humidty during day and night time in your tent, if I may ask? You didn't state them in this diary. Good luck with the next one!

@Ganjin, the thing is that is winter now , if i open the windows they freeze, if i turn the exhaust fan to the max i cant sleep. so ye, is not easy . humidity with led on was around 50-60. but the problem is at night, up to 75%

@Alpengrower, okay I see, that's really high. I manage with a dehumidifier in my room to have 60% at lights out and 55% with lights on. Still high but I never had problems yet. Temperatures are also a factor. Mine are always above 20°C even with lights out. Maybe that's something you can improve too?
