Space Brownies. Week 9 - melt choco & butter

Momentum Brownie Ingredients: 200g cooking chocolate 125g butter 100g flour 80g (brown) sugar 4 eggs pinch of salt teaspoon of baking powder 1 packet vanilla sugar (100g walnuts optional) 1. Slowly melt the butter and chocolate together. 2. Then let it cool to "warm" so it doesn't react immediately when mixed with the other ingredients. 3. In the meantime, turn on the oven and preheat to 120° (convection 100°). 4. Now mix the remaining dry ingredients and the eggs in a separate bowl. 5. Once the chocolate has cooled, combine everything together. 6. Add in some undecarboxylated weed (to your own discretion) as this process occurs during baking. 7. Bake for 40 minutes at 120° and you're done! (At 150°, the THC will evaporate, so take it easy 😉)

@Momentum, it's not that bad, when done right they are like Subway cookies, just when they're still warm they are very "liquidy," but once they've cooled down, they're great. And the taste was a 10/10. Give it a try, if it doesn't work out then you just won't make them again 😄

I made brownies before my last vacation too. However, I first made cannabutter. I ate a piece before check-in. I fell asleep while the plane was taxiing and woke up after 5 hours on the runway in Egypt… best flight ever 🤪😂 I ate 10g of trim and about 1/6 of the brownie 🤯😴

@Momentum, you can definitely do that. It's always a surprise how the stuff will work. The main thing is that you like it. You can also freeze it really well. In case there's still some left.

That's not much weed 😁😁😁 I always decarboxylate the weed first and then let it simmer in the butter on low heat for a few hours to create a stable base, but everyone does it differently; there are many ways to Rome, as they say 😁 Looks delicious, safe travels 😇👌
