Hi everyone, I'm Scotty :)
Welcome to my little slice of the internet. The wonderful Michaela from @SEEDSTOCKERS sorted this grow out for me a while ago. So far, I've gotta say I'm impressed!
You can see it's clearly not week 1. It's technically week 5 but most of my growing is in NFT so they have to be rooted up in rockwools under low power lighting before they start. So, day 1 becomes the first day in the res. I got stuck though so had to keep them there a while longer.
Nothing fancy going on yet.
Got 6 x Seedstockers ak420 fems there in the rockwools. No nutes for the first 5 days. Then 100ppm for a week. Now upto 200ppm and they're being flush fed 2L each, once a day.
they're small for their age but that's only a 130w cfl up top so not a bad result really :)
Really impressed with the genetics so far. I lost my ph meter untill last week so was feeding them at ph 6.9 untill then and got absolutely zero issues. One of them looks a bit ph stressed but she's not. It's just a wierd pheno. The other 5 are pretty much identical.
4 of them will be going into a Nutriculture GT205 NFT tomorrow if my pump turns up on time. The other 2 into 3gal fabrics.
Plan of action so far is..
2-3 weeks to root up in their new homes under 500w of mars hydro blurples, the old model 1 600s, then flip to bloom.
Once the the stretch calms down I'll switch to 600w cmh for a couple weeks then I'll put the 600w Phillips son t in 2k on to finish them off.
That'll do for now, I'm go n a go have a sniff about the site. Figured I'd just jump right in so haven't actually looked around yet lol.
Got 280 characters so go n a use them all :)
1.How do I tag people?
2.How do I view questions that are asked so I can answer them?
3.is there a general chat forum somewhere to avoid doing this as I seen to have a limited number of questions I can ask? I'm so confused. Help! :)!!
Yo, man, how about those roots eh? Anyhoo I think just by putting an "@" in front of their name it tags them. You should be seeing all the questions listed after the post. I'm a root aficionado myself. Nothing better than a big ball of springy white heathy root.
