I am excited to have a few award winning genetics grown under my belt.
I have two Vivosun vsfd6500 weaved together for a total of 1300ish watts. I bought these lights on sale from Vivosun for 220 each. Compared to every other option this was a no-brainer price-wise. I have two fans up high for dedicated light cooling.
I have four 40 gallon pots filled with Clackamas Coots recipe that has been used for one previous run. It was previously ammended during the last run. I will ammend again as soon as the plants appear to be growing vigorously.
This is currently the first "no-till" cycle for both the 40 gallon pots and myself as a grower. The soil was not disturbed during the last harvest, the stems were cut.
They will be ammended with buildasoil's worm castings and gaia green either all purpose/power Bloom or about mix of both depending on the timing.
The light can be moved but it is a hassle. When the light is @ %100 I can get around 400-600 par at 36 inch lamp distance. I worked pretty hard to weave them in a way that evens out the par map.
I plan on withholding defoliating until I lollipop at the end of the flowering stretch. I'm excited to see a ridiculously dense canopy of reddish purple hues!
@HuskyHouse, Thank you! I don't have it fully documented but I pulled a silly amount out of my 5x5 last run and I wanted to do a side by side with the strawberry gorilla in 10 gal pots in my 3x3. I know it was worth it for the photoperiods last run but I wonder how much of a difference it could make for autos!
