Hello! Looking nice so far, I am looking forward to more updates on this one.
Regarding the zip issue, it will make absolutely no difference whatsoever in terms of light leak because you are running an autoflower. If it was a photoperiod it would be a big problem in flowering phase. Regarding the flowering not beginning... this could indicate that you have gotten a "fast flower" phenotype instead of "auto" - which would mean that you need to adjust the light period in order to flower.
The longest I have ever had an autoflower go before starting to flower was 8 weeks... usually they begin to flower in week 4 or 5.
